How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Couldn't get tv to come on. And couldn't find music to come on. Too many remotes to figure out, eg air conditioning, especially when so tired.
Room nice, clean, pleasant. Liked the little sofa, was helpful. Bathroom clean.

The room had no windows, so it was very dark. Around 7 a.m., construction work started nearby, so we had an early wake-up call.
The accommodation has a great location – everything is nearby: laundry, currency exchange, restaurant, café, massage, and even a shop. The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, which is also great. You can rent a scooter directly at the accommodation, which was very convenient for us. The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Every day, we had fresh drinking water in the room for everyone.

The hotel was clean and the beds were amazing. There was a very friendly employee named Long who was especially nice to us. He went out of his way to accommodate us and help us with anything we wanted.

Great location and next to a lot of food and convenience stores. Amazing buffet breakfast and great view from the breakfast lounge. Super clean and very near go My Khe beach. 10 mins by taxi to Dragon bridge, Bach Dang and Museum of Champ Sculpture and also very close to My An market. Great value for money.

The room was a bit worn out and there was not much privacy in the bathroom because of the glass walls.
The location is very good: close to the beach and restaurants and still peaceful. The breakfast had a good selection of different choices. All the staff and especially Nancy was very kind and helpful. The roodtop swimming pool was very nice.

Only thing was our aircond at room.704 tend to become hot in the middle of the night when we are deep in sleep . Otherwise the aircond worked quite well in the daytime . We are not sure is if it because we set the temperature at 26 degrees Celsius but it shouldn't be the reason .
Great customer service overall from the team. They helped me booked a motorcycle quickly and at a good rate. Great breakfast. Clean room.

I stayed three nights at this hotel in Da Nang and had a great experience. The location is ideal — just a short walk to both the beach and the main street. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The gym, while small, still allows for some training, though a few equipment upgrades would definitely be a plus. The area is full of small shops and great restaurants, making everything very convenient. The staff is great and super helpful, I especially want to thank Nancy for her impeccable hospitality and constant support throughout my stay — she was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

The managers were perhaps overly keen about obtaining feedback from us, sometimes three different staff in a day asking the same questions, but thisn't meant to be a critisism as a lot of guests would find this a good thing. The pool is located very close to the restaurant and isn't as big as the photos appear. The gym is very basic. The pillows were too hard for my liking (personal preference).
Very friendly staff (Helena, Lyna, Nancy, Bella, to name a few) at this good value hotel in Da Nang. Spacious and clean room (junior suite with city view). Not quite seaside, but a short 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food on offer including some fresh fruits, I wouldn't describe it as 'amazing' as a lot of reviews do. Close to good cafes and restaurants. They offered a laundry service for 35,000 dong per kg. The staff helped us book our tickets for Sun world Ba Na Hills (we highly recommend sparing at least half a day for this)

the bathroom setup could be improved — the partial divider between the shower area and toilet wasn’t very effective. A proper sliding door or a full partition would make it more convenient.
Had a pleasant stay — the staff were friendly. It was good value for money, and everything promised was delivered.

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of various restaurants, coffee shops, and other touristic areas. It is few miles away from My Khe beach. The room I stayed in was spacious and the overall service was exceptional thanks to Nancy and other staff members. If you are planning to visit Da Nang, this is the right hotel to approach without thinking twice!!

Everything. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. We decided to stay an extra two nights which were greatly organised by the staff. The breakfast was great with so many options for food. The pool was a refreshing and private. A big shout out to Helena, Tracy, Gigi and Bella who were the lovely staff that greeted us at the start of each day and at the end of the night. Would recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang!
