I had a truly wonderful experience at this homestay in Hoi An. The owner was incredibly kind, always smiling, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She created such a warm and homely atmosphere that I felt completely at ease asking for anything I needed – and that made all the difference. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was just right. I genuinely felt like I was staying with family, and it turned my time in Hoi An into something really special. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything – I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Hoi An again!

The material of the bedding.

I absolutely adored this homestay. The owner was so wonderful and helpful with recommendations and additional services. The tailor's she recommended also were fantastic. The house, and room were beautiful and well set up. The balcony room let in so much natural light and was spacious. I also loved the location. The room, bedding and towels were all immaculate.

The host at Good Morning was the loveliest woman - she recommended us tailors for both leather and clothes (which were both amazing), when we wanted to post our things back she got someone to come to the hotel and when that was too expensive she drove us to the nearby post office. The most helpful, attentive person ever. Thank you! Location was also amazing, right in the heart of old town and walkable to most places. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our host. She was the sweetest person—so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by sharing insights about the area and even brought us a traditional Vietnamese breakfast from the market. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

A little fridge would have been handy but only a minor point.

Seems like each new place I visit the people I stay with are even more helpful and friendly. The owners were exceptionally nice, organised my transport to and from, gave me tour options, recommended a tailor - Lua’s, terrific, a 5 min walk away.

The staff was super lovely to us and helped us organise everything from our airport transportation to a day trip to My Son. The room had everything we needed, we felt super comfortable and the location was great as well - the city is super walkable, there‘s great restaurants and supermarkets right around the corner and you‘re in the center in 15min on foot as well. It is very good value for money

The shower wasn’t the best but still worked fine and is better than many other locations in Vietnam we have been.

Location was great, the room was spacious and the couple that own the place are the most lovely people. The lady helped us book everything from transfers to tours and it was all fair priced and very good. Felt we had plenty of privacy as well. Would highly recommend this homestay to anyone coming to Hoi An, more catered to those on a budget or those who want to stay with a local couple.
