Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

What makes the stay here is the staff. Yes, the location is fantastic—it's one block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Yes, the bed is comfortable (even if the room is a bit dated). Yes the breakfast selection was plenty enough for a hotel of this size. (How can buffet pho be thst good?) But what really stuck with me is the service. Check in was done personally at the seats. Reception was happy to address my questions. They went out of their way to get me on a tour the next morning even when I asked at midnight. They took care of my luggage and refrigirated goods when I checked out and went for a day tour; they even offered to let me shower when I came back in the evening even if I've already checked out. I'd like to remember and thank them all by name but I forget. Nonetheless, a big kudos to the team.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. We felt that the staff were very willing to assist us during our stay. Great central location of the hotel means it’s easy walking distance to great restaurants and sites of interest in the old quarter.

Excellent service from the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were served a welcome drink, then shown to the room personally by the staff. When we left for the airport, the staff was there at the doorstep to send us off. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. And, the staff there were courteous and helpful, serving customers with a cheerful tone and politeness. The room was spacious. Even the bathroom was big which is quite rare for small hotels. Location is great. Situated in the Old Quarter but at the less chaotic corner.
