Ting at reception was fantastic. As my wife was feeling ill she allowed us a 3 hour early check in and also changed our room to the first floor, so we didn’t have many stairs to climb. The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter with all the attractions it has to offer. Plenty of food around with laundry’s and convenience stores nearby. Fantastic wifi. Breakfast is average but plentiful. Great value for money hotel. Would definitely stay here again

PhilippinesGreat location. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast but adequate. No elevator, so you might experience some difficulty if you have big luggage. It's not ideal if you have a problem climbing stairs. The facilities are old and some lights were not functioning. Value for money, don't expect too much.

The location was great for being able to walk to the old quarter. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Staff were great. However, it was not quiet at night. Noise from the clubs and a dog to had decided that once the clubs shut it should fill the space with noise. I stayed there for three nights and out of the old quarter for four nights. This was a nice compromise.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful reception team. The hotel is in an fantastic location and really close to the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but in a quiet enough position for sleeping. We booked a driver through the hotel reception to take us to Son Sanctuary which we enjoyed, and also a local guide to take us on a walking tour of Hoi An which was brilliant.

SingaporeThe bathroom floor was easily get wet as there was no partition between shower room and bathroom. The hook for the curtain folder was spoiled. The TV screen was blur. It was quite noisy until midnight, as there were bars and karaoke restaurants near the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They suggested us where to visit and where to eat, so that we could make full use of our short stay in Hoi An. The location was excellent and was just a few minutes walk to the river.

PolandThe bathroom floor could get slippy ( during the rainy season) so it would have been useful to have a bath mat.
The staff was very thoughtful and considered. Our son wasn’t feeling well on the arrival and the lady from the reception brought us some hot lemon tea to the room. The staff also helped us to book train tickets.
