My card for the room did not work, they could not fix and brought the key for the door. Normally, something like this should be checked beforehand. The breakfast wasn’t the best to be honest, the buffet does not offer a lot.

Nice room, the front is completely out of glas/windows. Great for sunshine in the morning.

Not the hotels fault, but our floor was also used by a large family/tour group who were very loud throughout our stay, slamming doors, talking loudly and constantly leaving their doors open and shouting across to eachother in the hallway. The rooms are not soundproof so bring earplugs if you want a good nights sleep. The breakfast, as many reviews have said, doesn’t necessarily cater to westerners so depends on your taste. While our room was cleaned during our stay, we weren’t given any additional toilet roll - thankfully we did have our own we had bought previously but otherwise we would have been a bit stuck.

Location was good, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and got a lot of use out of the gym. The room was spacious and clean although it didn’t have a window. We were given water each day and there was shampoo, body wash and body lotion in the room to use.

Everything was perfect! They just need to improve the breakfast: There was no variety at all apart from Asian food. The only option was to ask for an omelette every morning, coffee, and bread (fruit was also very, very limited). Another downside was the mess in the dining area towards the end of breakfast time, and some guests (I believe Chinese) who were quite noisy everywhere. But of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault if some guests aren’t civilised.

The pillows were quite hard and there is no wifi on the rooftop which is where the pool and the gym are.

The room was exactly like the photos, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's in a great location, the view from the rooftop is amazing, the gym was a great addition.

Breakfast was not good for me. Caters to the Asian tastes which I understand as most other guests were Asian. Limited choices overall. That might have been fine but there was no description of what food was what so I did not try most of it. One morning they had spaghetti so I had that as the only identifiable option. Sure it was left over from the night before. Coffee was terrible, very cold and I was the first one there. Again, probably left over from the day before and left out to warm up which it did not. If breakfast is included, feel free to try it but do not spend money on it.

Hotel is on same road as Dragon Bridge, one block from beach. If you are coming for the beach, this is a great location. Some restaurants around but really not a lot to see or do other than the beach. A/C worked very well, wifi was very good, bed was comfy compared to most Asian beds which are usually very hard, water pressure very good. Room was well equipped with daily water and coffee, robes, extra pillows, fridge, etc. Well priced. Not a luxury hotel but a very nice, comfortable, good place to stay.

Hotel is a little old, can be noisy as the walls are thin. The staff are very helpful and polite. The location is great, 2min walk from the beach. Nice budget hotel.

'Gym' is just a few free weights + some old machines!

Great stay, close to beach & friendly staff. Room matched the photos and was as described. Not much in the immediate area, its between the tourist area & big hotels to the north and the 'digital nomad' area to the south with coffee shops and cozy eateries etc. Great for the price and a springboard to explore other areas.

Window was small. Sheets were clean but little faint stains. (Just regular what comes from heavy usage but still). The staff is quite shy, but if you interact with them they will talk and even have trips to attend.

Bed is very comfy. Soft but stirdy. Elevator. Nice yet cold pool on the roof. Was able to extend with same nightly rate 2 nights Through hostel whel feeling ill. Daily cleaning if wanted. Hot water from shower. 5 min walk to "mikey beach". Comfy sunbed on the roof.

Gym could be better. Internet was not good enough but staff helped and changed the router.

The shower did leak all over the bathroom. Unfortunately during our stay there weren’t many other guests and so understandably, breakfast wasn’t always a buffet/choice.

The location was excellent for beach and the city. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well attended.
