Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. VietnamThe lunatic karaoke, but it didn't go on beyond 9pm this visit, which was a blessing, because we were exhausted from the day. The last thing our heads needed was the monotonous thud of Viet music, followed by drunks with a mic.
The hotel is clean, the samraff are all great. Its my 2 visit in 3 months. I'm happy there.

VietnamI chose an superior double, with window, and I walked into a dilapidated room with paint cracks, and peeling from the walls. It was too depressing to be offered at all, let alone anything superior. I could not imagine having to come back to a room on its way to being a squat. Decorate it! The receptionist agreed, and immediately upgraded me. Of my 4 nights, it was quiet, considering it was in the heart of it all. We had one night of drunken karaoke from the bar opposite, with screams and bawling by some drunk youth screeching randomly. This went on way past the midnight curfew. It ceased at 3am. It was loud, too loud to sleep. When I mentioned it to the night reception guy, he disagreed, saying the hotel was a quiet place. Selective denial I guess. The complimentary drinks were one tea, and one coffee for 2 guests. Surely there should be 2 of each?
It was clean, and the 2 female staff, and all the cleaners were great. First class service. The male receptionist was less than cooperative. Good shower, not a rain shower, but plenty of pressure and heat.

Sri LankaI did notice a minor issue with a few small ants occasionally appearing in the room. While it wasn’t a major problem, it was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else was great.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with everything I needed nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
