Loved the Genesis cruise - the boat was amazing, staff were incredible and the whole overnight cruise was so well organised. The food was second to none and we would recommend this to everyone

Loved this cruise. From being picked up to dropped off everything taken care of for a great price. Staff very friendly and the scenery was magical Organised for anniversary with my girlfriend and they had decorated the room and given us a cake in the evening. Facilities on the boat were great and room was amazing. Plenty of activities organised. Food safe to eat and good selection.

The pollution in the bay was heartbreaking. If I went again I would seek another company that does more to assist the clean up effort

Calmness of staying 2 nights aboard a vessel in such a beautiful location. Staff were more than helpful. Activities were very well run but you still got a good amount of downtime. Good variety of food and service was excellent. A must see destination.

No problems, but for awareness here is how our cruise and I think most others, work. You transfer to and from the Quay side, by small tender boat, with the actual big ship moored 20mins or so away, already in the Bay. Big ship cruises around for a while, then stops while you use the tender again to go off on trips like canoeing, visit caves etc. Big boat moors in the bay overnight, although I could still see the shoreline, cruises around a little bit again in the morning. Return to Quay by tender.

Staff were super friendly, especially the guy arranging all the activities, who gave a full run down of the cruise. Bedrooms, spacious clean and comfortable. Lovely ambience, with it being limited to around 20 cabins in total, so very relaxing. Food of good quality and variety. Ha Long Bay was wonderful even with the heavy clouds and thunderstorms. We were lucky, as the previous days cruises had been cancelled due to a high winds caused by a Typhoon in central Vietnam Definitely worh the experience, but in my opinion only for 1 night.

I didn’t like how the company tried to sell us more transportation in the end and also made false assumptions that the ferries were cancelled when they were not.

Amazing trip. It was nice to have a dinner served instead of buffet all the time. The rooms were clean and amazing!!!! The views are incredible and the staff was amazing especially Ms. Alice who was so attentive and sweet.

The ship is a bit outdated, I should have booked their newer cruise: the Majesty. Although clean, the room had some mold on the ceiling. One night is enough to enjoy the scenery and relax.

The best part of the cruise was the lovely staff- great service. Overall good food. Spacious room, love that the bed is facing the outstanding view.

An incredible experience, superb service and a luxury trip! We were asked whether we wanted to go on the sister ship Majesty Royal Regal Cruise and this was an amazing choice, a spacious ship with incredible staff and lots of well organised and fun activities. In the dining room and around the boat Peter was incredible, he made our experience incredible and offered some of the best service we have had. Cannot thank Peter enough for everything he did. The tours were ran very well to time and with the 3d/2n option you have enough time to enjoy the boat and all its luxuries. (Oh and the food is amazing, lobster, steak, fresh fish and Vietnamese dishes, cooked specially for dietary requirements) We were lucky enough to get the 3rd floor room and it was very spacious, spotless and was better than the photos can show. Cannot see how anyone could have a bad experience on this ship, me and my wife had the best time. Thank you to all the staff for making it an incredible time for us!

Our cruise got cut short because of tyfoon. Staff were great, making safety always the priority. When we left the conditions were still safe and they took us out in time. They immediately informed us about reasons on board and with Whatsapp and refunded the day we did not enjoy. They arranged a transfers back during a difficult time and did everything possible to keep us safe. Great company!

What a wonderfull experience, from the limo bus transfer to the harbor, transfer to the ship, friendly staff, interesting excursions and beautiful room. We were celebrating our birthdays and staff really made my birthday a party. Contact with ms Lee before and after cruise was fast, clear and very customer friendly.

Loved our stay on Halong Bay. Food was excellent the service first class . We stayed two nights which gave us time to appreciate the scenery and relax. We used their transfer by luxury mini bus back to Hanoi which was a brilliant service.

The stay was wonderful but the rooms are slightly dingy. When the boat is sailing it is a bit loud in the room but quiets when the boat is docked.

The staff is very very nice. They have things planned out when you get in the boat. Customer service is top notch. The scenery is divine and wished we did the two night cruise rather than the one night.
