Like the bedding, very comfy and big room. Toilet was spacious. Although, we were told water was free but were then charged on check out.

We had a problem with rats in the ceiling of our bathroom But they moved us to a different room. One of the night staff who checked us in was very rude to us.

Cigarettes smell, especially in the bathroom. Window connected to an internal aeration channel.

Cheap rooms with late check in option not far from Hanoi Old Quarter. Spatious and clean rooms.

For an English visitor, it was a little hard communicating as the staff didn’t speak great English. We had to rely on Google translate. The hotel was also quite far from the main centre. It’s easy to get a taxi (using Grab), which is also very cheap (approx £1.50) but it’s about a 40 minute walk, and there’s not much around the hotel.

The room and bathroom were both a really good size, very spacious. It was also very clean

Shower wasn't great, some receptionists didn't speak English, no locked luggage room you just had to leave your luggage in the lobby, no breakfast option, you could hear other people in the bathroom from your bathroom

Nice room, really comfy bed, good air con, 2 working lifts, water refills every day (but only the ones on the side, the fridge ones weren't free)

The location is pretty bad, about a 40min walk to the actual center of Hanoi. The rooms are fine. The staff didn’t speak a word of English, but were polite and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable and big. The bathroom has a bathtub.

We came back one night to our window and door to our room open apparently you have to also lock your room with your key card which is unusual in Europe but we checked cctv and no one entered and all our stuff was still there. A little creepy . The lift also goes off at random times in the night

Nice place! I spent one night there, just on the day of Lunar New year. Everything was great. The hotel is nice and clean. The shower is really good. The guy at the reception desk was very friendly and hospitable. I needed to check out at 12.00 but he kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception until 14.00.

The Room overall was neat and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. One issue i faced was my door lock card was not working and had to use keys which was pretty difficult to lock the room. Other than that it was a pretty decent hotel to stay in.

No soundproofing. You can hear neighbors breathing in the bathroom, and people in the hallway. The room smelled of smoke even though it's advertised as a non-smoking room. The floor was not very clean. The window open on an air shaft, no sunlight.

The place is in good condition, not old. Great quality and assortment of toiletries, good bath towels, hand towels, and bathrobes. The bed is very comfortable. Lots of blankets available. Both reception and security were very nice and polite. Special mention to the cleaning staff who very kind and were exceptionally helpful.

The bedroom lamp doesn’t work. Bathtub is designed poorly as the water goes around the bathroom to floor. Recommend the room without the bathtub.

Bit far from the center. I thought breakfast is included in any kind of reservation. It would be nice to make it clear.

The place is bit far to Trang Tien Plaza. A good 25 minutes walk. There isn’t any tour offices nearby. For travelers who likes Grab bike and car, it should be a problem. Grab car is less than 2 USD.

The hotel is super clean. The room is spacious designed especially the bathroom with a large wash basin. I have been traveling for the last 12 years and considered this hotel a needle in a haystack. Friendly staff and superb value
