I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several days, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The breakfast buffet in particular is truly exceptional – one of the best I’ve ever had. The variety is impressive: freshly prepared hot dishes, a wide selection of pastries and cakes, and plenty of healthy options like fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli. A special highlight is the high-quality coffee machine that prepares all kinds of coffee specialties at the touch of a button – whether it’s a cappuccino, latte macchiato, or espresso, everything is served in barista-level quality. The breakfast area also offers a breathtaking view, which makes every morning feel like a special occasion. Starting the day with such a panorama is simply priceless. I can highly recommend this hotel – the breakfast alone is worth the stay!

I cannot complain about anything, Fusion suits staff were extremely helpful, the location is great and the rooms are very comfortable.

Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Location is fantastic with lots of little cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Also many bars to choose from. Rooftop infinity pool has the best views whilst level 10 to 19 have undercover pools on each level.

Fusion Suites is truly one of the most unique and distinctive hotels in Vung Tau. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s conveniently close to restaurants and other local services. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. When I checked in, there was a minor issue with the room. However, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally—upgrading me to a better room and offering sincere apologies through both their attitude and service. That thoughtful response left a strong impression and made the experience all the more memorable.

Dinner menu came as a shock. This was our second stay at Fusion Suites and we were both so impressed with the menu and cost of dinner on our first visit that we used the venue on 3 out of 4 nights. On this occasion initially we went to a recommended seafood restaurant and saved our last night for dinner on the 19th floor expecting the best. We were both shocked when presented with an extremely limited choice of food on an inserted sheet inside a folder so much so that we initially thought of going elsewhere. It was only the attention given to us by exceptional staff that we decided to stay, particularly being the only people in the dining room which was in vast contrast to the breakfasts each morning . When paying for the account ,I advised the gentleman that I would be informing the hotel with our feelings, he was very apologetic. On departure the next day I requested the receptionist to inform the manager of our dissatisfactions of the dinner menu.

Some minor issues: water pressure in the shower could be better. The balcony’s acoustics were a bit bathroom-like. The swimming pools need a bit more love. Gym is a bit under equipped. Again: minor points and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

The hotel is thoughtfully designed and the two bedroom apartment was clean and beautifully done, especially by local standards. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of decent quality. The staff was great too: polite and considerate without being overbearing.
