Vincent was so kind and gentle to wait for us to arrive 2am beacuse our flight was canceled. He gave us some information about the city and what to see. The room was exactly as the photos, clean and neat and we even had a small fridge to have some fresh water. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet, I think it was the best location to experience the real Da Nang lifestyle. There were many local street food places to eat delicious Vietnamese dishes around the corner. Every place you must see was pretty close taking a Grab. I definitely recommend it!

The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed; a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony and a decent fridge that all made the stay easy to enjoy. Vincent is an excellent host and a friendly face to have around. He shared a wealth of local knowledge about the city that would be difficult to find elsewhere. He’s attentive and always quick to respond to any needs. Next time I return to Da Nang, I’ll know exactly where I’m staying!

Loved it! Place so clean and amazing value for money. Staff amazing and so happy to help with anything. Away from tourist area which some people may not want but we loved it, still lots of food and coffees around that area. Showers hot and free toiletries.

One thing, I’ve never stayed anywhere that doesn’t give you some free water when you arrive and I’ve being travelling all over Asia for the last six months. There was water, in fact it took up all the mini fridge but to charge the same price as a two litre for a small bottle you should be doing better. Let yourself down on that one Vincent otherwise it would of being a ten mate.

Nice and modern homestay with friendly staff. We liked the location since it is close to the train station and you get to see the not touristic part of da nang.

The place was really clean and the room was awesome. Vincent, our host, made sure that everything was perfect for us and really cared for our comfort. His English was really good, which eased a lot our interactions. We rented a motorbike and he took care of all the checking and paperwork. In the end, he gave us some information about the boats schedules for the Cham Islands, which was our next destination. To sum up, our stay was really enjoyable, we really recommend this place.

The clunky metal outside gates that had be be opened and locked with a padlock when going in and out. Great security though. Some construction noise nearby but not their fault. Would not stop us from staying again for sure.

Don't be put off by not finding this place on Google maps. It is down an alley and they will send you clear and easy directions after booking. This place is fantastic. Vincent was an amazing host. Welcoming and so helpful. Light bright clean room. Plenty of sockets, shelving, hanging space. Fridge. Sunny balcony. Great shower that did not soak the whole bathroom! Toiletries. Lots of helpful information in the room. Motorbike rental, washing services and so on. Easy to ask questions via WhatsApp when there. 20 minutes walk to the train station and 15 min drive to the airport. Local restaurants and shops close by.

The only thing that was kind of missing was a proper desk and chair to use I anyone has got some work to do, the small table might look great aesthetically but in terms of how functional it is well... definitely can't do much work there!

Staying over at Vincent's place was definitely a great experience. Located in the heart of Da Nang, you can comfortably go anywhere around the city center by foot or with a grab motorbike with ease. The room was big, the balcony was a really nice touch and the shower was perfect even for a long hot shower.

It can be a bit challenging to find, so the host does email you with clear instructions. Also save a pin in google maps to make it easier to get home.

Wonderful host, who really has thought about everything the guest may need. I appreciated the kindness. The rooms are cool, I enjoyed the balcony at night, the street was so quiet. Fully trust the host as he provided me with a scooter to rent and it was in great working condition. Close to Laundry and good food
