Very big popular hotel so a lot of people at breakfast! Also busy around 4 at pool. Resort in need of maintenance- decks, pathways, etc all very run down.

We loved being able to walk on the beach to the little fishing village and eat there. The view from the room was gorgeous. Huge pool.

We got room on sale so very pleased with location beach was lovely and water very nice. Pool very nice. Breakfast very good and selection varied.. housekeeping good but front of house check in staff not very friendly. No social skills for westerners

Can do a better job with breakfast. Perhaps provide more options and limit number of guests by schedules. One day it was super crowded that I had to share table with strangers. My husband had to go to other restaurant which was also packed. Resort is pretty isolated. Every where else is 5-10 km away. Restaurants nearby offer pick up and drop off service to their places. The design of the resort í a bit strange. Bathroom door faces the bed despite the spacious room. The pool situates in one building. The other building doesnt have any. We had to walk quite a bit to the other building to the pool.

A nice place to get away with family. Especially those with kids. The pool is huge and not so crowded. Almost empty. Big pool for kids and toddlers. The room is spacious. Huong Bien restaurant within the resort offers reasonable seafood price and a variety of comfort food. Private beach is just beautiful and quiet. Coco coffee shop has nice view and their drinks are delicious.

The lock system on the room door started failing after a few days. The mechanical back-up lock came apart when they tried to use it. They eventually had to move us to another room. The bathroom door in both rooms was next to the bed - a little off-putting. The spa is not located in the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and had very good food. The pool and room were both huge. The TV greets you with your name on the home screen. Every room has a view of the private beach from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even provided an unexpected birthday cake free of charge as one of us had a birthday during our stay. They also set up a special table for us in the dining room for birthday dinner. The resort golf course was right across the street. Excellent value for a reasonable price.

We could not get a glass of white wine although it is on the menue. The Cigar Bar was closed. I hope it is just because of the season since not so many guest were there….

A little to big for me personally, having to walk some distance to get to anywhere, reception restaurant, gym. & spa, just a little too inconvenient for my liking.

the property is inconvenience location. and there's no grab around thus we have to book taxi at higher price. the breakfast was crazy and hassle since many guests were jumping lines and crossing over you to get food , very impolite and impatient, yelling and screaming from the hall, kids were all no supervised so must very careful when we walk around when walking with hot stuffs.

the property is nice, very good security. the staffs were all helpful and friendly. beach view was one of the most beautiful place i ever been at. The Food and drink are all 8+. beaches are close by, walking distance, its clean and blue.

The distance away from the Qui Nhơn city. The bed spread was smelly with human’s sweat, it needs to be well taken care before the new customer checking in. The reception customer service also needs to be improved. I booked 7 rooms for my family, we arrived little early and waited for 1/2 hour to received 4 rooms, we settled in those 4 room and nobody notify us that the other 3 rooms is available even though it’s ready for the check-in. I’m very disappointed.

The property was very far out from town and did not offer a shuttle bus which it does in summer. All activities listed on bookings.com and their website were not available. We actually flew to Quy Nhon for a beachside holiday and at no point were told this was not available due to the winter weather. It was super windy outside and while the staff tried hard and eventually moved us to the city hotel, we felt like we were staying in a ghost town. We did end up with some credit which we used on room service that made us sick.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were large and clean but quite old.

Terribly maintained property. No pool towels available. Only 1 out of 4 restaurants working and it’s a remote area. Broken around pool and sewage in shower stinks. We left early and they wouldn’t refund us. Do not recommend
