Charming family owned boutique hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. Hein does a wonderful job off making sure guests have what they need. You can rent bikes and scooters. Breakfast is available in-site. You won't be disappointed!

Location is a little far from the old town but not marking it down as that can't be helped. Also the use of the bikes makes it manageable

A 30minute walk (10minute cycle - free bike rental) from the old town, this is a great little spot. Tucked away from the roads, it is peaceful and serene, rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, and a splendid little pool for an afternoon dip! Everyone working there is extremely lovely and helpful too, sorting transport and laundry etc. great spot!

This is my second stay at Fig Tree Boutique Villa. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for its access to the beach, old town, many restaurants and other services. The free bicycles added a new level of experience to my stay this year; one day I rode to the beach and another day I adventured south of town across the river. In addition, the pool area is a great place to spend time, even if you aren’t swimming. The rooms and building are all well maintained; it is obvious they take pride in their service. I didn’t take the breakfast this year, but remember that it was very good two years ago.

I liked the location of the hotel and the fact you could bike it everwhere. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were really helpful in getting us cars, info about tours etc. They cooked us eggs every morning, overall a lovely boutique hotel to end our stay in Vietnam.

Away from the hustle and bustle, but near enough, you can walk into the old town. Staff are extremely accommodating. It was a fabulous stay.

I think they just need to be mindful that towels don’t need to be changed everyday unless indicated, by leaving on the floor.

When I first arrived I really wasn’t sure, because I could hear music from a nearby location, however this was just an event and then silence and tranquility reigned. The room was huge and the bed even bigger. Great shower and bathroom with a good supply of toiletries. Very clean, could not fault it. Breakfast had a simple selection, but more than filling and adequate to start the day. Staff (Hien) were so helpful and accommodating, Hien really did make the experience extra special and her calm manner was so reassuring, especially for a solo traveler. The pool was lovely, especially to start or end your day. The free bikes are excellent for riding into town (about ten minutes). I really enjoyed my stay and have recommended it to friends. Thank you Hien.

Very helpful staff. They got us a Dr appointment when we needed one and bought my husband a cake for his birthday. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Very large family room which was great for us plus 2 children. Good pool.

What a gem in Hoi An! The villa Is a beautiful space, with large and well furnished rooms, and a comfortable, clean bathroom. I slept incredibly well here each night after busy days of touring. What really stood out for me is the staff, who were beyond helpful. I had a late flight, and they helped to arrange transport, even though my arrival was delayed. Hein is so kind and speaks perfect English. She helped arrange some tours for me, which I appreciated very much. The free bicycles are really a must for getting around town, and I was happy they offered bike helmets! I will surely stay here again on my next trip to Hoi An!

Thanks so much for such a lovely stay! It was very peaceful and the breakfast every morning was amazing, we really enjoyed that. We felt very well looked after and it was so nice to be able to borrow a bike to get into the town too when we wanted. Great location and lovey hosts.

2km or a bit from the main attractions but you get bikes so it’s perfect

The host was amazing helped us with tours and booked a bus she was the best. Pool was amazing and got a lot of sun. Beds comfy and beautiful clean room

A great place to stay in Hoi An, slightly more out but they offer free bicycles which we loved. They also offer airport pick up and can help arrange activities and taxi’s!! Had fresh towel very regularly, very friendly and welcoming hosts! If staying in Hoi An, stay here!!

There was a gap in the door and we had a cockroach in the room. They didn't have mosquito nets available. It was a bit far from old town and down a side street with rats (not really their issue just wanted to flag it).

The room was as advertised and looked great. They changed the towels etc every day and had bikes available to get into old town.
