Without exception, all of the staff here were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel location is great - central and 10 min walk to the beach. Our rooms were big with comfortable beds and great showers. They served a great breakfast. We only did a stopover through Da Nang on our way to Hue, but we were quite taken with it and plan to come back and spend more time here next time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The gym was 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 broken strength machine and no AC

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Room service every day. Massage in the building was reasonable priced. Good area with cafes and not too long to the beach. Breakfast was an okay mix from western and Asian.

Needs more pool chairs, the bath/shower situation was not well set out and the whole bathroom got soaked when you had a shower, was also very difficult to step into.

We had a hot stone massage which was a a bit disappointing - only about 5 minutes of hot stones across the 60 mins. The pool bar was closed.

The bathtub design/layout was a bit tricky for me. It was quite high, so getting in and out while taking a bath wasn’t very easy — felt a little unsafe at times.

The staff were all super friendly and polite — really made me feel welcome. The room was big, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was pretty good too — food came out warm and fresh every morning. Location-wise, it’s really convenient. Easy to get a Grab, and there are lots of famous restaurants and a market nearby. Also, My An Beach is just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was perfect for a morning or evening stroll.

Rooms are not entirely sound proof. I heard people in the common areas and heard my neighbours phone alarms. My large bed was just two king single beds put together. This cause for things to fall between the beds often.

Location is the best! Close to my khe beach, airport, cau rong and da nang city centre. Can’t ask for anything more. Room is nice, but nothing like the preview pictures based on my experience. But it does look larger in person. Staff is nice and friendly. Roof top pool is amazing! Can’t comment on anything else like buffet or restaurant as I didn’t use them.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms spacious, comfortable, and clean, the bed is king-size, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers a variety of European and Asian dishes. The pool is also very nice and with beautiful views. The staff is helping you with whatever you need. If you arrive before check in time you can leave your luggages at the front desk.

Perhaps the room I stayed in retained a lot of heat from the afternoon sun due to the room position, so it was rather warm throughout despite the air conditioning being set at a very low temperature. Location is not by the seaside but if you don’t mind it, this is the hotel to stay in for Danang. It’s easy to get a Grab anytime anyway.

Modern design, very comfortable and room is spacious. Great service by the hotel staff and very prompt in handling the laundry request. Good discount for the in-house massage and it was a great experience.

Location is not the most convenient but it’s so easy and inexpensive to Grab anywhere so it’s hardly an issue.

Modern design with contemporary furnishings in a very comfortable setting. The service is very earnest, warm and prompt. The room offers nice city views and has the best bed for sleep quality. We tried the inhouse massage service as well at a great price and it was a good experience! Breakfast was good too with a nice array of dishes.

Everything! this was by far the best hotel we have stayed at, on our trip to Vietnam. The staff were so friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh and yum, the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower pressure was great. Wifi worked perfectly, TV had so many options that actually worked! Location was great and last of all.. the pool was incredible! Stunning views. All round 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Beds (timber base on bed takes up too much room and he kicked our shins on it 🤭) photos on net were deceiving giving us the impression that rooms were bigger then they were.
