A very charming place with a beautiful garden full of plants. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly, smiling, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff were fantastic! Especially Phuong on reception who was always positive / smiling & eager to assist with any arrangements needed. 3 separate pool areas so you could always find a quiet spot to relax. Free shuttle bus into Hoi An / to the beach. Free use of bicycles.

Some guests could be a little noisy early in the morning.

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff are so kind and accommodating. We loved being able to message them directly for any question we had using WhatsApp.

This is a very small thing and not the property’s fault but the road outside is very busy and difficult to walk or bike, especially if you have young children

What a gem of a place to stay and relax or unwind before or after cruising around Hoi An. The front of house staff were exceptional and even helped us book the Memories show and Bamboo Circus, arrange tickets etc. The pools were great as was the lush garden setting. Would thoroughly recommend this delightful retreat

Quiet location, clean, impeccable grounds, beautiful flowers, nice pools.

Noisy family in the same villa as me, had to change room. Was being charged for items missing from the old room. Ni was able to get it sorted out. Asked for scrambled eggs at breakfast and was acknowledged but eggs never came. Had to ask again.

The hotel is an oasis and close to hoi an by car about 10 minutes and bike about 20 minutes. They have a private shuttle which is free or the grabs are inexpensive and quick. We loved being able to use the free bikes in the morning and explore the area. There are bike paths that take you aong the water and through fields. There was alot of choice for breakfast and we found it really good. The staff is really friendly and genuinely interested in you having a perfect vacation. They organized our taxi to and from airport as well as a private car to marble mountain. I can completely recommend staying here! Thanks to Khuyen for all her advice and fpr caring for our family during our stay.

We loved everything. It would be nice if there was a cold pool as the pool water was really warm.

ENSO retreat was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff are all so kind, thoughtful and efficient. The accommodation is comfortable, especially the beds. The gardens are a paradise and the swimming pools are wonderful. The restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast and vegetarian noodles for dinner. We were so relaxed and happy here. The staff work so hard to ensure all the guests have everything they need.

It felt like a small paradise at the level of the White Lotus! Apart from the super pretty and pristine facilities, the staff takes customer service more serious than any hotel I've ever been to, catering to any need you didn't even know you had.

Beautiful grounds, lovely pool areas, comfortable bungalows, fab restaurant, amazing staff -every single staff member said hello with a smile and took great care and pride in their jobs and the resort. Shuttle to town and beach was fab too.

Nothing! It’s amazing.

We stayed at the resort for five nights and were absolutely happy with our choice. The resort is beautiful, with multiple pools and plenty of seating areas to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive — always available, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was taken care of. We booked a cooking class and a snorkeling tour through the resort. Both were well organized and enjoyable. The cooking class, which included a coconut boat ride, was a real highlight! Breakfast at the resort were also excellent. Although the location is peaceful and slightly removed from the old town and beach, getting around is easy thanks to the free bikes and shuttle service. The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are quite sound-sensitive — you can hear neighbors or people by the pool. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s good to know. We’d definitely come back and really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Enso retreat was beautiful. We stayed for 8 nights as a family of 5, and it was perfect. Everything was spot on, and if you had any questions or required anything, the staff are more than willing to help. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of buffet food. The pools are refreshing, and the gardens are beautifully kept. We would come back tomorrow! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is amazing! Very peaceful and tranquil. Palm trees and ponds. It’s very Quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful hotel- a realretreat from bustle of Hoi An. Breakfast great. Great transfer service (free) from hotel to centre and back. Staff very attentive and friendly. Big shout out to Pom and Ni. Cam on!
