Pool did not seem very clean. Far from the centre of Nha Trangh. Staff speak little English and come across as a bit indifferent. Hotel consists of a tall detached narrow tower with just 4 hotel rooms per floor. Corridor sounds penetrate the rooms.

Clean modern rooms. Fantastic views from the higher floors. Excellent deals available. Near the beach. Good restaurants in the vicinity.

A good hotel with spacious and clean rooms. There’s a beautiful view, and the hot water works perfectly - we had a room with a bathtub, and there was definitely enough hot water to fill it completely. Not far from the beach and here are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. There’s also a secure underground parking area for motorbikes

Air conditioning required cleaning but not uncommon for Vietnam hotels

Cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. Buffet breakfast was a good way to start your day. The staff at reception spoke a good level of English and you’re extremely friendly. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery shops. Fantastic value for money.

The bathroom shower sink seemed blocked as water would overflow and floor gets very wet I told the cleaning staff but nothing was done ( maybe language barrier), corridors could be more cleaned.

The beds and pillows were comfortable The location is good for restaurants and is walkable to beach Hon Chuong . Breakfast was decent . They stopped laundry service on the day I checked in but was nice enough to let me use the service just that one time.

Clean rooms, identical to the provided pictures. Comfortable beds. Daily service including fresh linen. Fast Wi-Fi. The reception is open 24/7, which is important if you are hitting gym (or something else) early in the morning.

The photos did not match the booking, the room is much smaller than 22 sq.m.There were no bedside tables or lamps near the bed.A very small window in the room.The pool closes at 6 p.m.

The only thing was the location didn't have a nearby connivence store but its not their fault.

some construction noise and I rented a motorcycle for 150k per day vnd which is on the expensive side and it was a old Honda airblade they outsource it.

the hotel is in a good location and is quite nice, very small swimming pool and can't say anything about breakfast because I didn't eat there. the room was spotless clean and comfortable the tv had very limited channels. I didn't use the wifi so can't comment, some construction noise currently outside the room 15th floor. overall I would stay there again no problem oh did I mention it was super clean 🤭

Lovely hotel. Uyen - the girl on reception is so welcoming and friendly, speaks perfect English, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was wonderful, roof top pool was fabulous, breakfast was brilliant and lots of it. The young man who serves breakfast was always friendly with a lovely smile and made delicious omlettes. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and of course the sea and a beautiful beach. Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We love this hotel - it is outstanding value for money. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed and valued. Uyen on reception is wonderful - so friendly and speaks perfect English. Our room was huge with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The bed is super comfortable. Everything is like brand new and very clean with amazing aircon and a huge tv. Breakfast has been delicious everyday - buffet style with a great choice. There is a roof top swimming pool with amazing views across Nah Trang. Housekeeping is offered everyday. If we could stay for longer we would - this is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. There are plenty of food options and shops all around and the sea is a couple of minutes walk away. This is a really lovely place to stay.
