Beautifully elegant rooms , spotlessly clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom. Hotel pool was gorgeous and very welcoming but also grand. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very well situated, close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars but still quiet.

Value for money hotel……same hotel in Australia would cost triple the price! The staff were very friendly, the decor amazing and the breakfast buffet incredible.

Not exactly disliked but the bar was not open & the pool look deserted & was very hot. Tried to eat lunch there but the place was deserted

The hotel was wonderful, rooms gorgeous & great having a bath!! The bed gave me my best nights sleep yet after many months traveling. The staff were all friendly & welcoming. It was a great value stay.

the only tiny thing was the small shower head didn’t have much water pressure so couldn’t use to have a shower without getting my hair wet.

March 24-27 2023 Room 908 panorama view. Check-in / check-out,  fast, smooth, friendly, in excellent English. Bright clean room, immaculate bathroom. Hot water really hot. Wifi keeps cutting. Very good breakfast with many options to please all . Large  comfortable bed, very quiet.  Breakfast good but not as great as always, maybe due to the number of guests. Did not use any other hotel services/facilities. Good stay.

Some points you need to be aware: spa is closed, no door to the bathroom & glass door to the toilet, our windows were giving to the court with another windows in ~1-2 metres, cannot open the window and aircon seems not circulating fresh air

Laundry onsite is very expensive but there are local cheap options nearby.

Loved the room service food quality and menu. Breakfast was also very good. Close to bars restaurants and shops while still being very quiet in the hotel. Bed was comfy room was clean staff were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful.

I think the price is higher than I expected after seeing the hotel and facilities.

The hotel itself is well-decorated and it makes you feel comfortable. The room was great and our toilet was so big! The stuff was kind with us and helped us in everything we needed. The breakfast was great.

The breakfast was poor, the poolside bar was closed permanently, the pool was great for instagram not so much for swimming, the gym was bad, and in general the place needs a deep clean and a new coat of paint. Low effort repairs had been done, which looked poor. It would have been magnificent years ago, but now looks very tired and old in places. This is just after covid though, and Hue still has very few tourists, so this may well be am effect of that and might well be on their to do list!

Very grand building, more marble than I think I've ever seen, huge rooms too very well presented, very comfortable bed, great bath, somewhat close to everything. Great location for local food and ease of access to tourist sites.

The room was a large size but not very well decorated. It feels old and cold. As the room is very large it takes long time to heated up. The hotel needs an upgrade or change in style as furniture are very Kitsch Lack of attentions to details with amenities Didn't have a hair-dryer in the room. Location is not great, a bit far to walk to the Cittadelle.

Breakfast was great, great choice and staff very attentive. Bed was comfortable

Staff not very friendly. Carpet needs replacing everywhere, smells musky and unclean plus pool area has no ventilation.

They gave us a complimentary upgrade as it was my birthday. Room was very nice & clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We chose this luxury hotel as treat and thought it would be good value for money. While furnished very nicely with a big bathroom, we were unlucky and were allocated a room that had no window and also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we asked for a non smoking room we were told that the whole hotel was non smoking. It was also really noisy, located next to the lift, We were a little disappointed and probably could have found something better value for our money. My suggestion would be to pay more for a room upgrade if you choose this hotel. We wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is very grand and in a good location. Good Buffet breakfast. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were friendly and helped arrange our day tours.

It is self-claimed 4-star hotel but it does not provide the self-services iron. Then, I could not access the laundery services after checking in time for the first meeting.

We had a room with a window facing a wall, which wasn't clear during booking, and when staying in a hotel like this, it is disappointing. Especially when the hotel is half empty! Also people talking in the corridor sound like they are in your own room.

Very nice looking hotel, the rooms are big and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Nice view from the pool. There is a lot of variety for breakfast.

General ambience was lacking. The hotel during day is dull with no lighting turned on, business like and staff ok, but not really interested to be friendly. I wouldn’t recommend… as felt like it’s for business or your group. But if you like that sort of tho g then it’s for you. The rooms where really nice.

Room did not have natural light. Big window but light blocked by building. Pool was nice however too cold.
