One of the most memorable experiences of our lives. The homestay and activities were truly authentic and enjoyable. Amy and her family were incredibly kind and caring. Amy is also an amazing cook — the food we had there was among the best we tasted in Vietnam. We did the boat ride (I won’t spoil it for you!), and it turned out to be one of the most amazing days of our trip — a real glimpse into local life. The rooms were charming and authentic; a few harmless insects here and there, but the bed is well protected with a net, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Amy and her husband also kindly helped us book the bus from HCMC, which we really appreciated. We only stayed one night, but we seriously considered staying longer — in fact, most of the other guests we met had extended their stay. Thanks again for everything!

It was the best homestay I did in south-east asia. The family is exceptionally nice, the food is amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The activities are great, the scenery of the place is unbelievable, everything is so well organized, you can come with your family, even with your grandparents, because everything is so well managed that everything is easy. I wish that every place I would go would be like this one. I recommend it 100%.

Absolutely nothing!

This homestay is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers different kinds of accommodation, from a very comfy bed in a dorm, to a more rural tent in the garden. It is very calm and relaxed, it is possible to use their bikes for free to explore the area and visit the village’s market. The family offers delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. They always make sure to make you feel comfortable and they create a fun vibe that allows travellers to connect. Their adventure in the Mekong river has been one of the best experiences of my life. Very challenging but extremely incredible! I had booked for only one night, but I immediately extended to enjoy one more and it was absolutely worth it.

This hostel is simply amazing! Nestled in nature, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle of Ho Chi Minh City. The atmosphere is peaceful, and you truly get to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The people here are wonderful—friendly, open, and always up for a great conversation. It’s the ideal place to meet like-minded travelers and create unforgettable memories. A must-do is the boat tour with Amy! Unlike typical tourist tours, this one is authentic and immersive. No endless sales pitches—just real insights into the local culture, food, and way of life. The hosts are beyond fantastic! Amy speaks excellent English and is incredibly kind, answering every question with enthusiasm. Her husband takes care of everything from bookings to payments, making the stay seamless. Their hospitality goes above and beyond—after I had already checked out, I lost my bag while riding a motorbike. The host retrieved it from the police station and arranged for another guest to bring it back to me in Ho Chi Minh. Truly exceptional service! Highly recommend—this place is a rare find! Full stars!

Amy, Hieu and their family are the warmest, liveliest, sweetest people ! They're willing to share their everyday lives and vietnamese culture with the guests, making your stay here a deeply enriching experience. The homestay itself is comfortable, with plenty of areas to relax in, clean, and in a lush green environment. It's a good basecamp to explore the area on one of the home's bicycles ! The family meals for lunch and dinner were delicious (with vegan options every time !), a great occasion to learn some cooking tips, and a socializing time. We will definitely come back here whenever we are in Vietnam !

It can get quite hot at night, but there are fans which help with this. The property is very much in nature, which is lovely, but some people may not like having to go outside at night for the bathrooms, etc. I found this all amazing as it was a very unique experience!

Such an authentic experience. Amy and Hieu’s family is so lovely, and they take care of each detail. Eating together every night was so nice, it’s very conducive to socializing with other guests who all ended up being lovely as well. Overall, amazing stay! A big highlight was the Mekong Adventure boat tour.
