We spent the most amazing 3 nights at this beautiful hotel, and loved every minute! The team were incredible; kind, helpful, informative about the area. Thoughtful with special touches as we had a birthday and anniversary the week we were there; messages on the beds, an anniversary cake & card! Ms My in guest relations went above and beyond to support us with planning etc, and the barman at the Pool Bar whose name we didn’t get was absolutely amazing too - incredible cocktails! The spa was also amazing, Ms Hana gave an amazing back massage along with others in the spa team. Thanks you team Dusit, we will definitely return!

We went to Dusit to celebrate our honey moon and we both absolutely loved the experience. The room was fantastic and they even surprised us with a welcome cake to congratulate us for our marriage. The best part was the attentive staff, specially miss My who was very attentive and kind. Also Phong from the pool bar who had great English and made some incredible original cocktails.

Beautiful property by the beach and a stunning pool that is child-friendly. The staff are polite, welcoming and very helpful. The complimentary airport transfers were a nice touch. The location is central for attractions in the south and north of the island.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The pool is amazing. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The place has a white lotus feel. Especially thank you to Tony & My for helping us organise day trips with a wonderful local. To Sophia and Phong for amazing restaurant and pool bar service. All staff were exceptional. Nothing was to hard and they seemed so genuinely happy that you are there. Also worth noting the breakfast is delicious and so is the restaurant food, which you can enjoy at the pool swim at bar.

The resort felt very luxurious. We loved the pool, the breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the spa treatments. Tony the Bellman organized us a tour of the south of the island that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Location was the only negative point 5 km from the center and night market but then there is the free bus or Grab

Junior Suite, 521 was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Both restaurants served excellent food and the staff (Mr Tu, F&B Manager and Sophia, Team Leader) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, Miss MY, gave us good advice on exploring the neighbourhood. Thanks to her we took the free local bus (nr 17 or 19) to Grand World and VinWonders. This saved us around 600000 VND on Grab. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport

The guests upstairs were noisy - heavy-footed and seemed to be dragging furniture?! We complained on our second of a three night stay. They rang at 9.15pm on our last night to suggest we sleep in another room. It was a nice offer but came too late, we were already in bed. We would’ve taken it if they’d suggested it straight away. In the end, the resolution to the noisy neighbours was a late checkout offer. Our air conditioning unit had a squeak, which housekeeping tried to fix. It was better but not eliminated.

The airport shuttle service, the welcome drink and smooth check-in were great. The garden view room was spacious - and the welcome treats were a nice touch. The pool was expansive! The beach is nice, but the prevailing wind in rainy season meant we could only swim at the pool (or the beaches on the other side of the island. Highly recommend Khem Beach). Excellent buffet brekkie.

Dusit is a lovely calm spot with a beautiful beach-side setting and lovely pool. The food is superb, especially the huge breakfast with an amazing range of choices. Our host MY was wonderful, friendly and helpful and she made us feel so welcome. She even arranged a beautiful special bedroom decoration to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was so kind

My only recommendation is that they try to reduce the amount of plastic water bottles being used. Maybe have a refill station or jugs of filtered water in the rooms instead.

Overall the hotel was great, however, the breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians. As a result you were eating the same breakfast everyday but that didn't affect our trip too much and we still enjoyed it

Overall we have enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a great location. Our check in was smooth and pleasant and we have enjoyed the food at the hotel. The beach is also lovely and right on the doorstep of the hotel with loads of beach beds available.

I stayed on the 2nd floor where staff were cutting grass one day right outside my balcony. I understand they have to maintain the landscape, but a heads up would have been nice so I could have kept my curtains drawn.

The infinity pool was unbeatable and the highlight of the stay! The balcony in the room which opens up towards the pool/sea was another highlight! The massages at the spa were delivered to a high standard and well met expectations - the happy hour from 10-4pm (40% off) definitely helped! The proximity to the airport (10 min drive) and free airport shuttle would definitely be reasons why I return to the resort for a short weekend getaway. It makes traveling fuss free. The service standard of the staff were 5 star! The team is so well trained and works cohesively, as a guest, I feel the high level of hospitality. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and appreciated the free breakfast inclusion. Definitely helps the price point.

Would have liked a room with a bath.

Had a lovely mini break at this hotel. Staff were so helpful; particularly Vision (who was always so warm welcoming and friendly and who gave us recommendations of what to do during our stay). Sophia was also very helpful with ideas every time we went to have the delicious breakfast at this resort. The hotel is lovely, the facilities are great, the bed was super comfortable and the location of the hotel is great. Very close to the best night market (Phu Quoc night market). Check out the waterfalls too!

For vegetarians, the breakfast selection is not enough.

The hotel facilities were of an excellent standard. The location is great. The staff attitude and service are excellent. I would like to especially mention Mrs. MY from customer service who was always interested and made sure that we felt comfortable and that we received everything we needed, including organizing tours, tickets and transportation.

The pool itself was great, but my experience was impacted by the behavior of other guests. A group of teenagers were repeatedly jumping into the pool in a disruptive manner, which I felt created an unsafe environment for the rest of us.

the staff were very helpful, particularly those working in the restaurants, who provided excellent service throughout our visit.
