The ONLY thing I can think of is it would be great if the glass around the pool was cleaner so the views were even more amazing!

More sign to direction to hotel from main road. Breakfast longer to 10am. More cake and some sweet. I book for 2 adults and 2 kids (7&9) they give us just one bad for 2 people. My kid sleet on sofa at first night. Second night they give us big bed that fit 4 people. That's better.

Access wasn’t great, but it was acceptable

Well priced. Lovely helpful staff. Rooftop pool was surprisingly inviting and relaxing. Pool temperature even in the height of summer was refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful and staff went out of their way to ensure we were catered for.

It was a nice modern hotel which was great value! The beds were really comfortable! It all felt very clean and the room was very spacious which was ideal. The staff were super kind and helpful as we had a late bus and let us leave our luggage during the day. Overall a really good hotel!

The room was very modern, a lot more luxurious than we were expecting (and especially for that low price). On the day of checkout we didn’t leave until 22:30 in the evening, and they offered to hold our bags and even gave us a room to shower in during the day so we could freshen up before our travels. Great service! Breakfast wasn’t amazing but also wasn’t bad. Would definitely stay here again

It was very windy at the top by the pool so difficult to sit up there! The gym was good but no air con in the room with the treadmill so got very hot (there was a fan though)

Thin walls and not so good sound insulation so you hear quite a bit of noise (at least I do, and I’m a light sleeper).

Very close to beach and main area with endless nice places to eat and drink around. Staff are helpful (although some struggle with English) and everything is clean. The rooftop bar, pool and gym are a very nice addition.

I stayed here 2 years ago, and looked forward to the same excellent buffet breakfast this trip. I found exactly the same menu and even same staff, but the food quality had declined a bit, with soggy Pho noodles stuck together and half-dried-out passion fruits. Overall it was still ok though, but there are numerous places just outside with better coffee and breakfast

This hotel is incredibly good for the price, especially if you are lucky and get a sea view room on a high floor. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean at your feet every morning. Best location for restaurants cafes and beach, excellent, friendly service.

Although breakfast at the hotel was of buffet style most foods didn't suit my particular pallet.

most everything exceeded expectations. We had to occupy our time prior to check in due to early arrival. Other than this inconvenience everything went well. Nha trang is great for seafood restaurants and cheap beer. Places to see and go such as Vin island for the amusement park but high season I would imagine long delays getting onto the cable cars across to the Island
