The pictures are misleading if you are booking the room downstairs. If you have a lot of stuff, there is no space to put them. There are no mosquito nets and insects come inside. The bathroom is humid, there is not a good ventilation system. If you like to sleep long in the morning you will probably be woken up by the city radio or the sounds from the motorbike workshop in front.

The place is ok for a short stay of a few nights. The price is good and it has a very good central location. It was clean, the beds were a bit hard but that was not a problem for me. There is a TV, AC, and a fan in the room.

The location is a little out of the centre of Hoi An (maybe a 10-15 minute walk), but as I said above there are still some shops around and this does mean that you don't get all the noise of being in the middle of the city. At least some of the rooms are upstairs (I'm not sure if all of them are, or just some), which is worth noting for those with mobility issues.

I really liked this place. The room was nice and had plenty of windows, as well as air conditioning. The owner was very accommodating as well, she did my laundry for a reasonable price and will also make breakfast for you if you want (for a small fee). She even lent me an umbrella on an unexpectedly rainy day (although I wouldn't suggest asking her to do so - this is just to demonstrate that she's very kind). There are some cafes and restaurants in the streets surrounding the hostel, as well as a park.

Bathroom, a lot of rats outside

We took a night bus and came to Hoi An really early and they allowed us to come early. The lady is super nice, we rented bicycles really cheap and booked a coconut boat there for cheap, great choice.

The bathroom smelt awful, the room had a damp smell, the bed was so uncomfortable and it looked nothing like the pictures online.

The location is good. We could walk to the centre and it is close to a local market. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We had our own balcony and fridge. Big bedroom and beautiful garden. It has bikes for rent, perfect to get lost in rice fields around the city.

The location is a bit far from the turistic center (20min walking), the bikes we rented weren't in good condition (but they were according to the price we paid). Also, we got locked outside for about 20min in lunar new year because someone had locked the gate, the owners were asleep and there was no bell to ring. We had to look for someone on the street to use the phone to call the owners to open for us, so it was a bit frustrating.

The room was spacious, with 2 beds, and the owner was kind. We could rent cheap bikes there and leave our backpacks after checkout. Really cheap water in the mini-fridge!

The room was dirty; there were a lot of hairs in the double bed, the toilet seat was very dirty (old urine at the bottom), which made it smelly. At night you could here mice or rats walking over the system plan.

The location is perfect and the owners are friendly, even though they don’t speak English. Google Translate helped a lot!

Room had a double & single bed, but lacked space for wardrobe or suitcase stand. (It did have coat hooks) Would prefer double bed only and additional furniture. I believe all 3 rooms are like this.

Everything. Would never recommend this place

We spend there less than 20 minutes. Outrageous. The room was nothing like we saw in photos. It looked like annex in backyard converted from pigs shelter. There even wasn't a glass in window frame, just cardboard. The owner was rude - said something like : take it or lump it.
