Kettle was missing from the room when I arrived but turns out it had broken, there was still hot water available in the main kitchen and they arranged one for me for the room my second night. It is a little further out from town but still an easy grab ride away and nice and quiet compared to the town area. Grab did have a little trouble finding the place so needs some manual adjustment on the map or met them on the adjacent street.

Lovely hosts, the room was comfortable and had a TV, balcony and warm water showers. I didn't use the pool as I wasn't feeling well but nice that it is available for guests use. The hosts are really lovely. The breakfast included was so good with hot food options and fresh fruit and juice. Good second hand clothing store nearby. Ms Kim also happened to be heading to Da Nang the same day I left and they offered me a ride to my next location which was so nice of them and saved me having to find travel arrangements. Really enjoyed my stay here and really appreciate the hospitality from Ms Kim and her family!

Superb stay, really modern accommodation with excellent rooms and bathroom. Kim was amazing. They provide bicycles so it’s perfect to grab a bike during the day and cycle through the rice fields. If I’m ever back in Hoi An I will definitely come back. The omelette for breakfast was also very good.

A nice, clean and comfortable place with a great host, who made sure to go out of her way to make sure I was good. Situated in a good location. Highly recommend it! If I even go back to Hoi An again I would definitely stay there again.

Not really a "dislike"... just a suggestion. You order breakfast the evening before and tell them what time you'd like to eat. It's delivered to your room and you eat at a private table near your door That was fine, but I would have liked a few more choices-- particularly in the Western items--- along with American style coffee. But not a nig deal. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!!

Very nice! A hybrid between a lovely boutique hotel and a luxury home stay. The owners were awesome! Super helpful and even invited several guests to join them for a delightful dinner! The building is only 1-year old, incredibly clean and modern. The most comfortable mattress we've experienced in SE Asia...and, in addition to a rain shower, a TUB! Excellent English too!

Everything's good

The best homestay ever! Kim and her family are such a sweet and nice people. Kim has helped us to organize a one-day trips near by with a private driver, so we can watch all of the places without a rush. The house is nice and placed in a quiet area with an amazing family restaurant just after the corner Room was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfasts really testy, especially Pho 10/10 :). We really recommend to stay here, you won't be dissapointed.

Amazing place. Very modern, clean and great value for money. The host is very kind and generous, she helped me with my luggage, booked my onward travel for me and made recommendations. It’s not in walking distance of anything other than a couple restaurants and shops but this means it’s a quiet area and the grab you can order into the main area is so cheap and easy I think it’s worth it. Definitely not a reason not to stay here

The bed was comfortable, it was extremely clean, the breakfast was great. The owner could not be happier to help you out in any way she can. The shower and whole bathroom was lovely. The location is a bit out of the way but the road it’s on is filled with very friendly locals and it’s quiet as a result, the £1 grab to the main area means it’s a good trade off in my opinion

I couldn’t fault the place, it was in an area just out of the main old town, taxis were around 50000 , $2 or £1.75 Really easy to get around

What a fantastic stay we had at the Dragon Villa Hoi An Ms Kim was amazing, helped to sort out anything we needed. Taxis, trips out around the area She would message every day to check everything was ok We had a lovely breakfast each day On our last day, Kim prepared a meal and we sat down with her and her husband and had a great evening Absolutely would recommend to others, great value for money, lovely hosts, like being at home
