United StatesThere was a runner light in the bathroom that never turned off. Bartenders are not well trained here. They didn’t know most drinks, there was a poor selection of spirits and you could not order wine by the glass (you had to buy the entire bottle of very small selection)! Cork fee is $250,000! A bit ridiculous when they don’t offer many choices in drinking wine.
Excellent luxury experience for an amazing value. The breakfast was amazing everyday. Loved the room and comfy bedding. Laundry service was fast and expert in cleaning my dress.

United StatesI didn't care for the beverage services. The beverage service manager was rude and they did a horrible job. The beverage services staff was not well-trained. It took eight or nine of them to serve one beer. They had a ridiculous cork fee for a bottle of wine and they didn't know how to open the bottle of wine and broke the cork and had to push it inside the bottle. The prices for a beer were seven times the regular price. Myself and another couple were the only people in the bar restaurant area, and they had eight or nine servers working who were all talking to each other instead of doing their job, which in one case, took over ten minutes to get one beer.
This hotel was in a great location. It was the tallest building in town so you could see it from anywhere the views of the river and the city were exceptional. I really loved my balcony, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The staff were incredible: polite and helpful to the extreme. I even forgot some items in the room, which I only discovered after having reached another city. They managed to courier them to my location within a day or so, with personalised attention from one of the staff. Amazing! Very central location, right next to the river, and near the marketplace. Ben Tre itself is less than exciting, but that's another issue.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Our rooms were spotless, clean, and beautifully furnished. Came with all the amenities you may need and a beautiful view of the river and market down below. If there's anything extra you need, the staff is a phone call away. The complimentary breakfast came with lots of delicious options and local specialties. The pool was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city below - great spot to relax and cool down after a humid day. All the staff were super helpful and friendly which was much appreciated. And the location of the hotel is central to everything so it was really easy to arrange pickups / drop offs for rides. There's a market / night market right across from the hotel so we were never short on things to snack on. 10/10 would definitely stay here again next time!
