Air conditioning in our room wasn’t staying cool and leaked a little water. This was a one off in our room, but other than that the room was comfortable and clean.,

The view was a bit obstructed by the restaurant in front. The crossing road to the beach has no traffic light so it’s a bit dangerous.

Can be noisy in the front of the hotel as the restaurants have loud music playing and traffic hitting there horns constantly -Ask for a back rooms which is great

Room small (we were warned about this so not the problem of the hotel ) - we had rear /city view, I think the sea view rooms are bigger Across the road from beach , not directly on it (all hotels in this part of da nang are the same) - if you want to stay directly on the beach best to pick a hotel further south (although much more expensive)

The room was HUGE & LOCATION was sensational. I thought maybe I was upgraded but, no it was what I booked - 2 bed, balcony view. What I got: 2 bed, 2 bathroom, equivalent to lush, apartment style. Balcony view - WOW, out of this world, good. Overlooking My Khe Beach & epic Danang night life. Location is across the road from beach, restaurants with beach access to beach which are fab for children. Walk from Hotel around the block in one loop, no road crossing to laundry, local eateries, corner stores (water, SIM, Pharmacy, Massage etc). Don't be worried about the bass music that plays during the day & into the evening (quite the vibe), it finishes well before the kids go to bed & then there is just the ambience beeps of the mopeds, quite night sleep in hotel. Property is super clean, safe, staff are super kind, attentive & helpful. Breakfast is exceptional. Out of all 4 hotels stayed in Vietnam, Id rate this brekky at the top. Western/Vietnamese, pastries baked daily, offering cheeky donuts which were demolished by all children at hotel. Eggs cooked your way, Chef constantly in attendance at his buffet to ensure spread was well presented, fresh, fully stocked & at appropriate temp. If I was back in Danang, I would bring my family back here.

The music is very loud at night from the bars across the street. Bring ear plugs! And be prepared to wait a while for the elevator.

There is no service lift and only 2 lifts for hotel. Could use stairs to dining room but pool was rooftop so had to wait for lift but often it was full with cleaners trolley or luggage trolley.

Nice rooms with bed and seating area, we had beach view with balcony which was worth the extra, the view is great and there's always something happening on the beach and beach bars. Nice pool area with pool bar. Great breakfast selection.

Noisy front room. Sorted once we changed rooms.

Breakfast was nice. First room was very noisy. We were moved to another room as our room was very noisy- all the beachfront restaurants play loud music until late into the night/early morning. Once moved our room was exceptional- very quite and not noisy. Beachfront rooms are great but too noisy- they need sound proofing. Staff were very good especially the manager who was accommodating and assisted with our concerns without any drama at all.

The hotel itself is big so lifts were slow and foyer was always full with people checking in and out. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was extremely noisy at night and early morning - the balcony door was thin and not insulated.

Hotel was directly across from the beach with nice eateries and bars within walking distance. The rooftop pool was nice as was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and big.

The location is definitely a plus, but at night time it is pretty loud due to the proximity to the bars and restaurants that all have live music in the evenings. So if you are a light sleeper you might need to bring earplugs. Apart from that, we had some issues with the elevator during our stay and at times there was only one working for all the guests plus the cleaning staff, which was a bit inconvenient, but perhaps only a temporary problem.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view on the beach and the Lady Buddha statue from the balcony. The location is great, because it is only a short walk across the street to reach various bars, seafood restaurants and the beach. The breakfast buffet is also good and offers a huge variety of different kinds of food so even picky eaters will find something. The staff were always friendly and had a smile on their faces.
