Dawn Villa is an excellent place to stay in Hoi An, just a short 5–6 minute walk to the shops and Ancient Town, a 10-minute drive or 20-minute cycle to the beach and rice paddies. The location is perfect: close to everything but tucked away at the end of a quiet road, so you’re away from the noise of the main street. The hosts are absolutely lovely - always welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. Whether you need local recommendations, a taxi to or from the airport, or help booking anything, they’re super attentive and happy to assist. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day out. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!

The care and attention we received here was incredible. We were looked after from when we arrived until we left. The attention to detail regarding recommendations, booking our transfers and personal keep sakes. I couldn’t recommend this location more. The rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable.

Awesome home stay! Excellent location in quiet area but just a few minutes to the old town. Shower was hot and lots of pressure. The hosts are kind, generous and helped us book train tickets. Rented bicycles and got laundry done here. Stayed an extra night it was so good.

If I could I would rate 11! Rooms are clean and spacious, nice views from the windows. The family that runs the place is super nice and attentive. The hotel is about 7 min away from the old town. There is something about this place that makes it really pleasant to live there.

Don't confuse the remote controls like me. I must have been so tired that I couldn't differentiate between the fan remote and the A/C remote, which was hung on the wall

The location is perfect! Walking distance to Hoi An Ancient town. It's tucked away in the residential side of Hoi An, which means less noise from the streets while getting a good night sleep. The room was spacious, clean, and even has a balcony with plants! I had arrived earlier than expected, but Trang's team prepared the room as quick as possible for me. The homestay is managed by Trang and her family. I really enjoyed the presence of her family and how welcoming they were. Her family even offered me snacks and hot tea several times at no cost. She even recommended two tours, and I will highly recommend the cooking class + coconut boat tour! Trang showed me authentic Vietnamese hospitality, which made my trip memorable! Especially her cute little nephew who welcomes you as you arrive, he also got snacks for me; very homely environment. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our best stay in Vietnam - it was wonderfully quiet, it's only a few minutes' walk to the bustling old town and Trang and her family were very hospitable and organized bicycles and a ride to the airport for us. We were able to relax here after a few exhausting days of traveling. An absolute recommendation!

All was great. The room is tidy, with all needed, including a desk and a small table so we could comfortably work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with a couple of additional requests we had. About 12 -15 minutes walk from the central part of the town.

Our stay with Trang and her family was absolutely incredible. We initially planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 6! From the very start, we felt right at home. The hospitality was outstanding, and the room was ultra-comfortable. It’s super quiet and just a few minutes' walk from the historic center. Without a doubt, this was one of the best accommodations of our trip. A huge thank you to Trang, her father, and the whole family. I hope to come back very soon!

Nothing with the place. There's a elementary school nearby, so some noise in the morning, but nothing you wouldn't encounter elsewhere in Vietnam

Quiet cozy homestay close to the city center. Comfy beds, warm shower with good water pressure, clean large room. The host was super helpful and friendly.

Very close to Hoi An ancient village. Host was super nice, friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again. Worth more than the money tbh. Apartment was also very clean. 😊
