Excellent hospitality, nice staff, cleanliness well maintained. They went extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. Tea kettle was not part of their booking , but on my request, they still provided it. They had good tour suggestions too.

The kitchenette is very small but didn't bother us as we only wanted to make tea and coffee. The bathroom is very nice with a good shower, just showing slight signs of deterioration around the edges, if this was addressed I would score this place 11 out of 10 if I could.

The owners were lovely and so helpful. The bedroom was large and spotless and the bathrobes were a nice touch. Nice large balcony.

Best part about the Dao Tien homestay was its host - Gracie and her husband, along with the 3 lovely kids. Gracie can speak English really well, lives on the ground floor of the property, which allowed us to have a glimpse of her home and an idea of how normal Vietnamese houses from the inside look like. She is very responsive on WhatsApp and has an overall friendly demeanor! The place has a homely, family-friendly vibe to it, the room size is pretty good and the basic facilities provided are at par with any decent-starred hotel. All in all, I would recommend this place to others and would stay here if I visit Hoi An again.

Really lovely spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good location, about 10-15 minute walk through the old town to get to the river. Lots of places to eat within a 2 minute walk. Staff were helpful, they can help you organise activities and tours if you need.

The photos suggested that our room had a balcony, but we didn't have one (perhaps only some of the rooms in the same category have one?). Generally, the cleanliness was OK, but the kitchenette was dirty (especially the fridge). We washed all the dishes before using them.

We stayed here for 6 nights and can recommend the accommodation overall. The owners were very nice and booked onward transport for us, which worked out very well. Overall, the accommodation is good value for money.

Nothing it was perfect

Location was perfect, a lovely area about a 7 minute walk to the centre but just far enough outside that it wasn’t loud at night. Hosts were so lovely. Apartment was kept clean throughout our stay, we ended up extending our stay for 2 additional nights. Would really recommend staying here
