This hotel is near alot of famous place. It's so convenient and comfortable. I would like to comeback again and share with my friends or other.

I was there for a week and a couple of nights there were young children yelling and playing loudly out in the hallway, but that stopped by 11pm.

It was located in the heart of the Tourist District. About 5 minutes from the Walking Street but far enough away that you didn't hear the street noise. Within easy walking distance (if you don't mind the heat and humidity) of many common tourist attractions: Museums, Temples, The River, The Saigon Post Office, Markets, etc. Television with several English and French channels, but sometimes the service would be spotty. Good Air Conditioning. My room was a two story walk up so if you need an elevator look elsewhere. And Laundry done there in 1/2 a day. Very close to the Saigon Bus Terminal so a quick cheap bus in and out from the airport and if you want to get to the Cu Chi Tunnels on your own. When I saw my review it said 6... I'd actually put it more like an 8 if you don't expect a 3 star hotel.

The lady who gave me the keys was very friendly. She even warned me about the noise at night due to the bars around but the room did not get to noise anyway. I would stay here again. Stable and fast enough Wifi for the remote digital nomads.

the neighbourhood can be noisy but that's par for the course and part of the attraction of the area

I arrived late and left early but the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their warm welcome and personal attention made a difficult trip relaxed and easy. The facilities are not fancy but for price and location it was excellent value.

The room we stayed in had a bad odor. We had to buy room air fragrance but only have little effect. Nevertheless, we were not bothered after a while staying in the room.

Location is excellent, only few minutes to the Bui Vien street. There are restaurants, convenience store and pharmacy just at the corner of the hotel. One of the staff (forgot his name) is very helpful and trustworthy.

Perfectly placed in small alley next to the park and the D Bui Vien street where you can find anything you want as it is loaded with restaurants. The big room with balcony on the alley was very nice

We didn’t stay in koniko itself but 3 beans hostel 2 doors down - our bedroom was facing onto the main road so much noisier through the night - loud music from 9pm-4am and screaming children in hostel - not a great night sleep!

They only have stairs to go up the room especially the 4th floor. It's not good if you have big and heavy luggages

As I checked in, 3 rats were chasing each other next to the hotel entrance. Seems to be quite common in that neighbourhood (or in general in Ho Chi Minh City)

Friendly contact with hotel staff. Basic clean room and bathroom. With window to the courtyard. Quiet but in the tourist hot spot. Laundry in 4 hours until 11 pm.

The floor of the room was a bit dirty, and the faucet in the bathroom was not staying straight. If you catch a grab or taxi from the hotel, you will have to walk a bit to meet the car. The car will stop on the main street, not the side one.

The location is great, and the manager is always available on WhatsApp.

There were a few ants around. It didn’t bother me too much; think a common problem in Vietnam.

I wanted a private room instead of hostel dorms for the first few days of my backpacking trip since I had long travel hours, was arriving late and would sleep late the next day. The room met my expectations. Staff were friendly and let me store my luggage on my final day after checking out. The room was air conditioned with a remote to adjust it as I wished. Toiletries and towels were also provided. Great location right by the walking street but also quiet - I heard nothing throughout the night

The toilet could be cleaner and some of the electric plugs are not working well. But that's quite common in southeast Asia on this and higher budgets.

Great value for the money. The lady is really kind and helpful. The location is pretty good to visit the city and for food as downstairs there's a very good pho restaurant and street food available at anytime. Another pro can be that downstairs there are a lot of options for nightlife, which can be also a cons if you don't like some noise around.

Only because im a constant smoker i found walking up the 4 flights a little hard. I'd suggest informing them before arrival if you struggle
