Lovely, large, bright room with a wardrobe and balcony! Cam, the owner and her family are an absolute delight - she booked several activities for me and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble - had my washing done and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Lovely location just 5 mins walk to a quiet beach - would highly recommend this very chilled homestay.

Super sweet lady running the place, gave us everything we needed and helped us book a ferry. The room was nice and clean with AC and the cutest dog lucky comes to hangout outside in the patio

This property is only 100 m to the beach the lady that owns the property is outstanding as far as good English help me with many difficulties went over and beyond anyone else I've ever stayed with there are many restaurants nearby and small convenience stores ,air conditioning is good hot water is good ,my room was a cheaper room which was a little bit dated but clean ,but other rooms are very good ..breakfast is simple three choices eggs and bread coffee fruit 50,000 the hotel is very well maintained and clean and lady will help you with taxis boat trips and other tours cheaper than anywhere else you can find but do your own homework , they have rental motorbikes and bicycles and surrounding areas are relatively flat

The staff were so nice. I rented a scooter from here and it was much cheaper than anywhere else. The beach was a couple of minutes walk.

Breakfast was good and thank you for looking after us. We felt right at home. The area and its people are very kind and friendly towards tourists. I even got a hug from the corner restaurant owner opposite the homestay. It is easy to reach the market, walk to the beach for a swim or eat at the many open beach restaurants.

The family is extremely friendly. I felt at home and very welcomed. They were always smiling and being very helpful with everything. The value for money is exceptional, beds are comfortable, shower is hot, air conditioning is great, very family vibe and there is a great restaurant just 1 minute walking distance. The beach is really close and I enjoyed being in a more quiet and relaxing area of Hoi An. Rice fields are close by, you can rent a bike at the property and there are 2 cute dogs. You will feel at home here. Everything is simple but made with love.

This is a homestay, so keep that in mind when booking. However, to be honest, it’s better than most hotels in the area! First, the people running it are incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. They assisted us with everything we needed—arranging transportation to Cham Island and even storing our luggage for the weekend. Second, the rooms are properly cleaned, and the location is fantastic—close to the beach yet in a quiet part of the city, ensuring a great night's sleep. Lastly, the internet is reliable, making it a great place to work remotely if needed. Highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are a bit worn, but who cares.

Very nice family, the lady helped us out with everything - rented us bikes to drive to the old city, rented us motorbike to drive around for a day and also organised motorbike rental for one way Hai Van Pass to Hue, with luggage transfer. We also liked the breakfast. The place is 3min walk from the beach and about 5km from the old city center. Can only recommend :)

It was very close to the beach, unfortunately the weather was not so good. The family who runs the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They also organized a table and chair for my room so that I could also work. Every day my room was cleaned and I got fresh towels. A fridge in the room would have been nice, but otherwise I had everything what I needed.
