The room was spacious, very clean and well-displayed! The team was very professional and attentive to my requests and they did a really great job by arranging my room with a birthday cake and little decorations. That made me feel really special after a long flight. They offered me an upgrade which allowed me to access the Lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea which was absolutely lovely. The food is well-presented, varied while not too overwhelming. They made sure that I was comfortable at all times. They only have 1 restaurant on-site so it sorts of limited the options but the food served there was very good. There was a little bit of language barrier at times but they would go the extra mile to make sure that my requests were met. A special thanks to each member of the team who has been very professional and caring during my entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay central in the city as the location is very practical to get around or have some tourists activities. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

The service in this hotel is second to none, I stayed in a junior suite which felt more like a suite. The reception team were super attention aswell as the 24th floor team. The spa treatment was excellent and the gym had lots of good equipment. I felt it offered really great value. Its right in the city centre (if you want access to the back in danang its a bit of a walk or a 20 min taxi but I would still have stayed at the crown plaza because it was simply so good. The use of the 24th floor was great with cocktail hour and afternoon team.

The hotel is very nice. It's location is very good, close to the Han river and not very far from the beach. The rooms are large, very clean. The bathroom as well. Breakfast is very good, abundant food, for all tastes. The staff is also very professional. The hotel provides storage service. We went to Hue for one night and left our big backpacks in the storage room for free. Vary good value for money. Highly recommended
