Awesome It is a great place, you have everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, can help organise excursions or transportation for your needs. I'd highly recommend staying at this cozy hotel :)

There were some hairs in the toilet.

The hotel is well located. The room is a spacious. They offered me a free charge room upgrade. The balcony had a nice view and the toilet was large with a nice bathtub. The pool was nice. The gym OK and the spa service was really nice. It felt very professional and clean. The restaurant was fine with nice food. Sufficient spread and nice quality. The room service was also nice. The rooms are fresh and well taken care. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Thuan.

Really beautiful little hotel near the river. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Arranged everything for us (The boat ride with the lanterns which they pick you up from the hotel). The room just took our breath away. Definitely coming back.

It was a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town, pity it wasn't closer.

Modern and well looked after hotel, it was a small hotel with a warm and cosy feeling. All the staff were friendly and attentive towards us.

Everything was great.

The hotel is very cozy, like the name. Our room was so beautiful and spacious with a beautiful view of the river. The staff was very nice, always smiling and happy to help with everything we needed.

This hotel was a gem. The facilities were excellent and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious. A special mention for the staff who made our stay extra special. I arrived to a huge bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine in my beautiful room as my boyfriend had asked for the staff to make my stay extra special and they did. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms and facility with a good pool and breakfast. The staff are very helpful and arranged both a private boat / lantern trip on the river as well as a car to the airport. It is nice and quiet and my balcony looked out to the river. Although a little walk away from the old city it is worth it for the quiet. They also have bicycles for use, but I found the walk along the river was very nice.

I had a lovely stay at Cozy AN Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. While it’s a bit of a walk to some spots, it’s manageable and gives you a chance to explore the area. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall welcoming atmosphere. A great choice for anyone looking for good service and a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our two night stay here! Everyone was attentive and kind. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was tasty. The free bike hire was a convenient way to visit the ancient town.

I found the hotel very well laid out, simple, stylish and very well kept, location is ideal also.

Only downside was that from the moment we entered the hotel it seemed that the staff members were really eager to sell us tours and transfers in hoi an - approached us through whatsapp, kept asking everytime we went through the lobby etc. When they found out we booked independently a different food tour than they suggested to us they also gave us the impression as if we did something wrong. The overall experience in the hotel was still wonderful, but i think this point requires some improvement
