A truly beautiful property with its own private beach—peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thour, Johnny, and Rose went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Great vegetarian options, including fresh avocado on toast just for me! The owner of the property is a warm and kind lady, always smiling and even happily took photos for me. The rest of the staff were equally warm and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

The rain shower is not working well. There is not enough power points. One of the lights in the room was not working but they rectified the fault immediately.

We like the ambience and beautiful beach esp the jetty. We could fish, relax, swim and the beach is very clean. It was very quiet. The staff is very helpful and smiling all the time. Our room was at the highest floor overseeing the beautifil scenery. A special mention to Mr Thor who speaks very good english is ever ready to give a helping hand. The staff at restaurant, Ms MayMay and the happy-go-lucky guy (sorry did not get his name) are also very pleasant. Freshly cooked breakfast and cut fruits and juices were excellent. The chilled fresh coconut drink is so refreshing. Will highly recommend this hotel. There are no nearby restaurants or shopping centres there but you can drive to town in about half an hour easily. If you just want to have a peaceful quiet relaxing holiday this is it!

Our stay at Cosian Bay Resort was truly exceptional — a solid 10 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and with a great selection at every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always impressed by the quality and variety. The beach was a dream — clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. It never felt crowded, and the water was warm and inviting. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the service. The food at the restaurant is pretty reasonably priced, but the menu is quite limited so after a few meals you'll want to find other options, which are quite far due to the location of the hotel. The food tastes okay, nothing amazing but also not terrible at all. The breakfast options are pretty limited too, so if you're a big breakfast person, I'd recommend having your breakfast there but also buying a few snacks for the rest of the day. Wasn't a problem for us as we prefer having a late lunch than a big breakfast but worth to let others know.

Lovely place to stay off the main road and in a quiet area of Phu Quoc. This is the reason we booked this place as we wanted to get away from the buzz of the town centre, but still close enough to be able to do a quick trip when we needed to purchase food or drinks. The hotel is in a more secluded are but provides a bike rental service for a reasonable price. Even if we had a small misunderstanding with reception (we asked to book a scooter which was later given to someone else thinking we did not want it anymore) they went above their way to fix this and provided us with another scooter later that evening - really great service! We got a beach front bungalow which we really loved as a couple: the view was lovely, literally in front of the beach and the sea within a few meters. The hotel is home to a few dogs which are all very friendly and do not bother guests (although they might stick around when dinner and lunch are served). This was really enjoyable for dog lovers such as we are. We loved the place so much we considered extending our stay for 2 more mights but ended up keeping our original booking due to the price of changing our flights.

The location is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing time. (Note that if you wish to visit the rest of the island you must rent a motorbike as everything is quite far). The staff is the kindest you'll find. They were always available to help with everything! The view is lovely!

I felt that the restaurant could have been run better, quite often plates weren't cleared away, tables lacked all the condiments etc. They also ran out of white wine by the glass two nights on the trot, which was disappointing!

Beautiful location, lovely pool, kayak hire, yoga mats, lovely jetty, hammocks etc etc! Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Reception staff even sorted a mattress topper as I found the bed a bit hard.

Beautiful resort for about 70 guests, with its own restaurant, where they cook excellent food. Small clean pool, plenty of sunbeds and hammocks, pleasantly in the shade. The sea is shallow, you can't swim, but the water is clean and very warm. Great breakfast included in the price of the stay, plenty of drinks. You can rent a scooter on site and go on a trip when you get tired of the peace and quiet in this location. The stay was great for us, if we visit PhuQuoc again, we will be happy to stay here again!

I loved the place. Is so beautiful, the colors, the structure is just amazing. All new and so well thought. The restaurant is beautiful all made of wood, very classy but with an easy vibe that matches the environment we were in. The room was big and the bed sooo comfortable, anche ocean view was just priceless. The staff is pretty young and very nice and smily nice to be around! Breakfast was so good too! Many options and very good quality. It’s such a relaxing place to have the best stay if you don’t like caos and those artificial city they have built in the other parts of the island. I would go back anytime!
