No separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom but for the price and location, it's still ok

The bathrooms both showed water damage from the showers

I liked the layout of the rooms and that we were connecting. It was helpful to have 2 bathrooms, although the bathroom design is a little off, and there's lots of water damage to the door and surrounding. Great location for the beach, and walking distance to the Dragon Bridge. Some lovely restaurants close by. Helpful staff

We had the studio apartment at the top with roof top garden. Absolutely lovely, staff are wonderful and amazing light, great air con and fab location. Would highly recommend 👌

i had the apartment on the top floor with a private space outside. It had a good pricepoint, and was cleaned every day… It had a small kitchen area and a washing machine. They also have other amenities like bike rent, travel options to other attractions and cities. Its a short walk from the beach, there is a lot of places to eat nearby. Wouldn’t mind staying there again 😊

I booked myself into a smaller and cheaper room The bigger rooms are way better value for money. Much larger and more comfortable It was my choice to go cheaper, but I won't next time.

The location, staff are great. It's good value for money. Last year I stayed, paid a little more but had way nicer room. Wish I had had done that again for the extra space.

Cons: - Our apartments could be cleaner (the floors and kitchen cupboards). There is a hot plate if you want to cook but not enough utensils etc. - There appears to be only one iron in the hotel if you want to borrow. First time I tried to borrow it wasn’t available. When I did manage to borrow a couple of days later the cord was frayed in multiple sections. - We booked two apartments for 4 nights on bookings.com 3 months in advance -no option to pay a deposit or pay upfront (like all our other hotel bookings in VN). Only pay at property. Two days before our arrival we received an email from the hotel advising the apartment with balcony was only available for the first two nights and the last two nights would be in a standard room. The total price was cheaper. Tried to sort it out on WhatsApp message. When we arrived at the hotel and questioned why, they said as we hadn’t paid a deposit it was given to another guest which they apologised for but it was disappointing. - One of the housekeeping ladies is not friendly

Pros: - The apartment we stayed in had a washing machine. Our room had a fan, air conditioning, TV, fridge, kettle and hairdryer - Daily housekeeping - Hotel has a lift - Hotel has motorbikes for rent 120k per day. We rented a few extra hours at 15k per hour. They will keep your passport. They also can arrange tours - Walking distance to beach - Hotel arranged for our transfer to our Hoi An hotel in 7 seater car for 350k - Phước Mỹ Market (local) is across the street Another local market is Bac My An Market. Han and Con markets are more touristy. Great food court at GO!(Big C) Supermarket Da Nang GO! Đà Nẵng. Grab is available in Danang .

Lots of noisy guests shouting at each other in the corridor whilst I was staying there. Not the hotels fault I know. But it was the only thing I didn’t like about the property.

Very comfortable apartment located on a busy street full of restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and speak English. They offer motorbike rental and can arrange tours or onward travel too.

Just a small thing maybe some 3in 1 coffee cups and a t spoon

The bathroom door cannot be closed as molf growth inside due to moist leading to expanded size which cannot fixed in the door frame anymore The fridge makes loud noise and getting worst day by day. However the hotel staff find out the root cause and clean the ice accumulated inside. and problem solved --> I hope the fridge would be cleaned out of ice more frequently

Room is cleaned and new towel everyday Friendly staffs and owners. Every requests are fulfilled promptly. I love the most when the night shift recieptionist suggested us a wonderful place for seafood. Great choice for food with fresh and good taste seafood and affordable price.
