We loved the space and location. We had a 2-bedroom apartment with a washing machine, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was great value for money. We were within walking distance of the Koi cafe, Sky garden cafe and Sharma Book cafe. It was within walking distance to the beach.

We stayed at this hotel several times, both for a few days and for a longer stay, and everything was always great. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. There is always hot water and everything you need for the shower. The bed linen is very comfortable, and we always sleep well here. There is a shared kitchen on the 8th floor with an amazing view. The staff speak excellent English, are very polite, and always help with any requests. The location is perfect — it’s a quiet and clean area, very close to the beach and a big promenade for walking. There is also a beautiful Catholic church nearby. Highly recommended!

The place is just beautiful. Clean and modern room, a comfortable bed, AC working well. Awesome views from the shared lounge area. Very convenient location. There’s a small beach just minutes from the hotel. It’s also a short walk to restaurants and shops. It’s the staff that stands out! Both reception guys were really helpful and nice, with great English skills which is not common for Vietnam. Special thanks to the guy who helped us with the motorcycle issue. It was really appreciated!

Friendly staff both accommodating especially Tung and Viet. Very helpful and nice enough to let us store our luggage after check out. Rooms were as they appeared in photos. Would definitely stay next time visiting Nha Trang!

As a pet lover, I wish they allow small pets ( dogs, cats) 🐶🐶🐶🙏🙏🙏 I will definitely come back and refer all my friends to this Coast House hotel.

Affordable price 👍🏻👋 Very nice friendly helpful staffs. Clean, model, convenient for beach, shopping. Not to crowded. Excellent place to stay in Nhatrang. ++++ great view for patio up high 8 th floor full equipped.

What did we not like?! Our stay in Coast House Nha Trang was simply magical. We would move into the hotel in a heartbeat. Our room was modern, clean, with a big window of natural light. It was cleaned daily. There is a beautiful roof terrace and a kitchen, and a laundry service. But the best of all was the staff - especially young Tom, who we spent some time with chatting and getting to know. What a fantastic guy! There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores & other amenities nearby, and you're only a short walk from the beach. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The internet was really bad on my floor which meant I couldn't work from my room or take calls.

Close to the beach and lots of cafes and main areas on the north side. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop where I could sit on my laptop with a view of the ocean every day as I worked.

I was asked to cancel my booking as the hotel could not call me for around 2.5 hrs due to my phone was out of battery. This is uncomfortable and not a good experience for customer, even its understood that now is the busy time at Nha Trang. It would be better if the customer service and the book process should be better managed.

The stay was good, staffs we're friendly, facilities we're new and we'll design. Location is convenient, steps away from the beach and with some good food options nearby.

Fridge wasn’t the best (not very cold) but didn’t affect us as we didn’t need it. However there is a communal fridge on the rooftop so could be used if you need to keep food cold.

A beautiful hotel. Room was lovely and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Lots of baggage storage in room, big TV. Strong water pressure in shower with hot temperatures. Has cool rooftop hang out area. Has both AC and a fan.

The staff were so friendly and spoke wonderful English which is refreshing after travelling for over a month around Vietnam. Also by far the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Vietnam. So pleased with this property that I’ve rebooked it for a couple of weeks to relax and unwind before continuing on my travels

- the Internet wasn't working properly The rooms higher have their own modems, but the rooms on the lower floors use the hotel WiFi and it's not the best For video calls I had to use my own mobile data and that was frustrating at times

My first room was on the 6th floor with the mountain view which was nice but there were some drawbacks - I didn't like the shower because it was leaking on the bathroom floor - The walls weren't soundproof enough and most of my stay I had very noisy neighbours, once I was woken up at 3am because they were laughing really hard - The minibar wasn't cool enough - The AC remote was acting up sometimes My second room was on the 2nd floor which at first I thought was a downgrade but then kinda got used to it The pluses compared to the room on the 6th floor: 1) the shower was better because it wasn't leaking on the floor 2) the walls seemed to be more soundproof As for the minuses - the minibar was just as bad, so I couldn't store anything there - the view as it was overlooking the trash

- The regular cleanings, the cleaning ladies are amazing and will never barge into the room if you're there - The terrace on the rooftop is mesmerising - The design of the rooms - The friendly stuff - Close to the beach - No problems with water and electricity

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed linen was spotless and fresh. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist me with any questions—I truly appreciated their kindness and patience. One of the highlights was the rooftop kitchen, which provided a great space to relax, work, or enjoy a meal. The location is also fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away. Additionally, there are several great cafés and restaurants nearby, making dining options very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent location!
