I liked everything, but a nice touch would be to maybe have some snacks/water in the fridge for purchase.

I loved this guesthouse because it had a big room with tv/fridge and no tourist congestion. It is a decent-sized room with a bathroom. Everything was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The closet was so big (good for families). The location is excellent as it is walking distance to the beach and is has an open market, cafes and restaurants right outside. There are no foreigners in the area, so if you don't speak a little Vietnamese, a translator app will do. The owner of the guesthouse is a lovely woman who was available when I needed help. She even washed my clothes, dried and folded them for a small fee. The family is downstairs, but is quiet and will leave you be. I liked that the house has a locked gate for security. I opted to not ride a motorbike, so I used Grab app for taxis which took me to Eo Gio, The Giant Buddha, and other places. Very happy with my stay!

Noisy pump for the fish pond in the downstairs foyer. You can hear it in the bedroom as there's a feature hole in the wall in the shower room.

Very pleasant. Nice balcony for drying washing. Big wardrobes for storage. Nice, quiet street. It's not far from the town centre, but you'll need a Grab. Very cheap though. Off street parking for bicycle.

The mattress wasn't that comfortable and quit hard. The table was a bit too small for 2 peoples. We had a TV but no channels. Extra cost for laundry 100K.

The lady was really nice and helpful. The room was quit big, clear and quiet. The air conditioner was ok and the WI.FI was really good. We enjoyed the use balcony.

The door is not always open 24/7, so if you come home too late or go out too early (around 12pm - 5am), you should tell to the host

Didn't have towels at the beginning, but when we asked they brought it to us immediately. When we arrived we couldn't reach anyone to check in but fortunately my husband speaks Vietnamese so we called them.

The homestay is perfect for this amount of money. I was surprised in a very good way. The room is very clean, huge balcony, new furniture, everything looks very good and new. The room is quite spacious, smart TV, kettle, water, towels, gel and shampoo for the shower. Usually rooms for this price only for spending a night but I can assure you that even staying in this room during a day is a pleasure. Very clean, light and new, good AC. No karaoke around during our stay (we stayed for 3 nights). The local market is nearby

Nothing much but I would advise to bring an eye mask as the curtains do not block the light in the morning :).

The place was amazing as it was very spacious, clean, bright and functional with a lovely balcony. For the price per night, we were not expecting such a nice place to stay for a few days as it's easily the best quality/price for accommodation we had during our backpacking trip. It's walking distance from the city center (15 min) which we did not mind at all. Near the place, there is a local market with fresh fruits, a lot of lovely local places to eat and also a nice second hand clothes shop. We really recommend this place as we really enjoyed our stay there.

Literally nothing. It was fantastic.

The host was super efficient with messaging, and keeping me updated. Trying to organise payment time, and place (cash) was very easy, and she was flexible. The room was fantastic, large bed, new facilities, amazing air conditioning. Balcony also? Can't beat that. Value for money was amazing. I stayed in a hotel in Quy Nhon shortly after this place, and it was more expensive, and terrible. This is a brilliant option to stay, for local, tourist, anyone. You'll be happy.

I really like the room and host, saint woman and the guy also. I forgot the speaker in the room, and the host helped me. She sends it to my new location. I recommend this place)
