Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThe bed was very hard. Our room was not cleaned every day even though we did indicate it to be cleaned. It was not very busy thus the bicycles wheels where flat when we wanted to use them.
A quiet neighbourhood in the centre between An Bang beach and Hoi An's old town. Very nice scooter to ride around in.

AustraliaThe water pressure in the shower was low.
This hotel is very good value with a large well maintained pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has gardens and an outside restaurant. The rooms are reasonably large and well maintained. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by. Definitely a place to stay slightly out of town and enjoy a quiet nights sleep.

United KingdomThere were two seemingly sad monkeys in cages by the pool, they may be cared for but it seems a shame for such lovely animals to be so restricted in their roaming space.
The property is beautiful in a really good location, not too far from the centre but also near to the beach. The pool area is lovely and we liked our room that had a large modern bathroom. The room was clean. The host and her family are really kind helpful people and assisted our arrival and allowed us to check in as soon as possible following a long journey from Da Lat. We really enjoyed our stay.

CanadaFirst I was shown to a room on the 3rd floor with 2 twin beds when I booked and paid for a king bed. "No, it was not acceptable". They moved me to a King Room on the 2nd floor with no balcony and said they'd move me the next day. They offerred but it was next to the stairs so I declined and stayed put as it was on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator. I was hoping to relax by the pool every afternoon but couldn't because their facilities are NOT private. There were swimming lessons in the pool with kids every day and one day there was even a Muy Thai (?) class going on behind the pool. Not the relaxing oasis I was hoping for but a nice place for a night or two. I was there for a week so not out touring the whole time and wanted time to enjoy the pool..
I loved the location halfway between Hoi An Old Town and the beach. The included breakfast changed each day and was delicious. I wanted to love the outdoor facilities by the pool but didn't.

France• Calm. • Relaxing pool (perfect state as of march 2024). • Nice service. • The location was perfect for us as we tend to prefer calm spots and walk/scoot/cycle around. The property provides free bikes (as of march 2024) and can rent motorbikes (we rented had a good condition honda visio). • Discovered a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby. • No insects.

CanadaI loved almost everything. Except there are not enough bicycles for the guests to use, and also it would be great if the bar area behind the pool could serve or sell some snacks.
This new place has so much potential to become a favorite, especially for digital nomads looking for a great environment for combining work and rest. The garden behind the hotel is well designed and the pool is huge, actually the largest I have seen in all the area where many places say they have a pool but actually are just dipping bassins. The Citrus Village Villa pool is a real lap pool, perfect for those who want to exercise. As for location, it is situated in a more rural area between An Bang and Hoi An old Town. I am a walker so I could easily walk to town or cycle to the beach. But others might prefer to rent a motorbike for more flexibility. I had the breakfast option, and I had something different every day, so I learned more about how local dishes really are (not the tourist version of them). But you can also request a western style breakfast if you prefer.

NetherlandsGreat stay at the Citrus village! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the daily breakfast very much! The location was a bit further away from the city centre, which made it bery quiet and nice. Driving there took only a bit longer (so not all Grab rides we're willing to get us) but getting a motorbike fixed the problem!
