our room faced a pickleball court and someone started pickleball lesson at 5am.

Everything!! I was here in 2023 and I came back in 2025 because in this hotel I feel at home. Excellent service, very nice and attentive. Installations are very good, very nice swimming pool. Location is great, one block from the beach, neighborhood very nice, with stores, restaurants, spa’s street food, and at walking distance from great restaurants.

The shower head was fixed so couldn’t be adjusted and the lighting in the bathroom was bad. Buffet food was always cold.

Room was a good size, decor in hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and catered to all tastes. Good location walkable to lots of eateries and beach. Laundry very close.

Considering we hit a patch of bad weather in Da Nang, the hotel was the best place to spend a few rainy days. Nothing we didn't like.

Lovely breakfast with many options. Loved the fresh fruit. Pool and sauna were awesome. Location of the hotel is convenient. Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was absolutely delightful. Nice spas close by.

Pool only good for 30 second dip in rainy season as doesn't get any sun and is not heated; damn cold. Also pool shut during the middle of the day; is a little odd. Only not giving 10 because of the pool, everything else was great.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Surroundings are well kept and quite pretty. Staff were amazing. Always had umbrella ready when it was raining. Breakfast has a lot of options and it changes every day. Coffee sucks as you'd expect, so just go to Heart (see below) for coffee on way the breakfast. Very Asian cuisine as you would also expect but there is eggs as you want them, bacon and toast for Western, plus cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Multiple convenience stores, spas and coffee shops in street, 150m to the beach. We like the location (and Sum Spa across the road for massage, Mango Spa for foot scrubs, Heart next door for morning coffee, Mui's coffee shop across the road for the Vietnamese coffee experience later in the day).

I had to pay for most things up front in cash. I would have like it, if I order a taxi or request laundry and be able to pay at the end via credit card.

Rooms were huge and comfortable! Biggest rooms I stayed in for Vietnam for a good price. Staff was great!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (room 302) which had a balcony overlooking the road. It was very comfortable quiet room with two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is an excellent location to the beach and it is easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Da Nang.
