Not complaining but I had higher expectations about the breakfast when I read the menu. The rest was excellent.

Nice, quiet, fresh and clean room. AC, fan, toiletries and a large window to the cozy garden. Close to the Ancient Town at a walking distance. Very nice and kind lady running this place. She also arranged a fair fare taxi to Da Nang for us.

We only read previous reviews once we had checked in. After hearing the problems people encountered with items going missing we were a bit on edge. I’m happy to say we had nothing taken or looked through and the staff were very friendly.

The location was perfect a 5 minute walk from the old town, the host was so attentive and welcoming and you can book anything with her for a low price. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Accommodation could have done with a good deep clean. Curtains were very dirty! Pillows were uncomfortable. Water for shower was sometimes cold. Room needs a paint, there is visible signs of damp/mold on the walls.

The property was conveniently located close to the old town. Cherry was kind and welcoming. We arrived early and able to check in earlier than advertised. Breakfast was good.

The first day was noisy from other guests but stop quietly

Bugs in the bathroom

Very quiet and away from the main tourist streets so we could get good prices for food! We could still walk downtown and enjoy our quiet. Owner is super friendly.

The place is not too far from the city center and at the same time in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner is friendly. The balcony is appreciated and gives access to the bathroom !

The room was clean and in a nice and quiet location, very short easy walk to town. Cherry the host was really lovely and accomodating, she organised us a taxi to the train station for the best price we could find and she even mailed us a pair of shoes that we forgot at her place to Hanoi!

The room wasn't too big, so it got a bit messy for two people to spread their clothes.

The homestay owner is the best! She made breakfast for us every morning and there was a variety of choices. She even cooked for us something not among the options because she knew I wanted to try it. The location was also very nice, two minutes walk from the local market, but in a quiet area

Convenient location just outside of old town just a short walk. They had a fan and air-conditioning. Private bathroom with hot water. Got laundry done, it was ready for us when we checked out and at a Good price.

Friendly lady boss who can converse some english. Nice room with balcony and garden view. Nice place with lots of plants. Breakfast was good too. Location was good, away from noise. Mini mart was only 2 mins away. Last, I wish the lady boss would install CCTV for safety of the guests as well as for herself.
