Spa treatment was lousy - head massage from a young girl totally untrained. It ended up just being a hairwash with sloppy blowdry - I can do much better myself, why am I paying her? Very overpriced for Vietnam too.

Very new hotel, built in 2024, from group of Saigon + location name hotels Location is good, in the city centre, lots of nearby restaurants, near the Ninh Kieu pier. Staff is friendly, helpful. Snack/cafe price is decent.

This would be the first time in all the years booking with booking .com they have actually got it correct this Hotel is as they say,at lot of places they certainly have not got it correct which is very disappointing.

This would be the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time you can not fault anything.Excellent staff,check in perfect,room amazing,we enjoyed a excellent dinner could not fault it presentation the lot thank you Chef.Looking forward to breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and has a good location. It is within walking distance of the promenade, where there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Our room on the 11th floor with river view was fantastic: clean and spacious. But what made it so special was the view of the river and the city. The breakfast buffet and the food offered by the restaurant on the 3rd floor were very tasty. I would like to mention that the staff were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and very attentive at all times. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The room was amazing (I was upgraded). Very well maintained and comfortable. The common areas were also very well designed and maintained. I ordered a room service dinner which was cold because they didn't use a metal cover. That was a bit disappointing given the price of the dishes. Would be good if the pool was heated. I didn't use it as it was too cold.

Not much … although our room was a lovely design, it lacked storage space for us as international travellers in Viet Nam for long trip; and there are very few towel hooks/racks in the bathroom, so that often we had to lay towels over the bath to dry. Not a big deal, but …

We selected this newly opened hotel for the good location and the excellent value for money. Staff are fantastic … friendly and very helpful. Breakfast Buffet is very good, with a selection of Vietnamese and Western food. Our Premier Deluxe King Room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The room had a wonderful river view! And the rooftop swimming pool was also very enjoyable. (see pics)

Upon arriving at the hotel at 2AM, em Troung made me felt very welcome. He made me feel like my time in Can Tho will be amazing because of his amazing help. I think that's one of the thing we look for most when choosing great hotels are great staffs. On top of this, the cleaners and Spa was also super amazing. The staffs like Thuy An goes out of their way help. I extended my stay at this hotel due to the amazing staffs, and amenities.
