Beautiful homestay located in a very nice neighborhood! Tinh and his family are so great!! The room and bathroom are perfect. The bed is very comfortable, we slept like babies! We will definitely come back, thank you Tinh!

I missed a fridge, that would have been really nice to have, especially as it’s hot and humid.

It was very clean and safe for a solo traveller. The family who own the place are exceptionally friendly and pleasant and are always cleaning. The aircon was excellent, the water was hot hot hot every time and the bed was comfortable.

Very comfortable room, clean, good air con, amazing value, but the staff made the stay! A lovely family who were incredibly helpful when it came to organising our onward journey. We stayed many nights more than we planned as they were so welcoming. Thank you so much!

The rooms were big and had everything you need, very clean and the beds so comfortable! We extended an extra night as we had the best 4 nights sleep. The family were just wonderful and couldn’t do enough, very caring and always very happy! They were so helpful throughout our whole stay and if we had more time we would have stayed much longer. There are cycles to rent, and they can even organise transport to and from locations. This Homestay really made our experience 10 times better.

Nothing. Everything was great. Although if you have elderly and/or people with mobility issues, you may have to be more cautious since there's no elevator if your room is on the upper floor.

The location and the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My family came in too early for checkin at 2 pm. The owner was kind enough to give us an explanation of all the possible things to do during the timeframe and refer us to a personal electric cart to carry us around. He also helped us a day after our stay to book a car for us in Da Nang. The location is only a few houses from a mini-mart and 5 min walk from historic main street. The restaurant next door is great value and has a friendly owner as well. Great stay overall! (Disclaimer: we do speak to the owner in Vietnamese so not sure how foreign guests fare; but he does command basic English).

The room was small but clean. The staff is very warm and even they don't speak English very well they will help you with anything you need. The location is very good, less than 10 minutes from the center. There is a restaurant next to the house that is cheap and good.

This homestay is a gem. Book it now because it's always full and the family are the nicest people ever. They have a beautiful sense of hospitality. The room was everything you'd want it to be. Close to the center but not noisy, large and bright and airy and clean with very comfortable beds.

Messing a kettle and mini fridge

Clean, perfect for Hoi A stay when you’re out all day and you want to come back to a simple clean bedroom and separate bathroom. Very kind welcoming family! Just over the bridge from the main old town, but stick around on the local street for great authentic food. The restaurant opposite is a must try!
