Really amazing facilities and large space room. The owners also helped us out with anything that we needed and we really appreciated it. We both can't wait to visit Da Nang again and will definitely be staying back at this accommodation.

Bed is pretty firm for my old bones, but I cope.

My home away from home when I come to DaNang. There is a great Japanese restaurant across the road, and a ‘espresso’ cafe. and Two vegan restaurants in the ally beside. It’s not a tourist zone. Authentic Vietnamese vibe. Really happy when I stay here.

Lovely big room, huge super comfy bed, plenty of space for our baggage and a sofa too. A lot of thought had gone into the decoration of the room, and the lighting was good too. We chose a room at the rear of the property as the road can be noisy. Our room didn't have a window but it didn't bother us. A lovely comfy place to stay, lots of coffee shops around and vibrant vietnam life.

Like most of the places in Da Nang, you will sleep from 23h to 6h. After that, it will be noisy.

Very nice people are running this family business. Extremely polite. I was at the third floor. The room is decent size, needs to be refreshed a bit, but overall stylish and comfortable. Elevator is a huge plus.

I personally liked to hear the sounds of the street and enjoyed watching from the balcony: my husband found the noises disturbed his sleep though, so if you need quiet make sure you ask for a room at the back. Linh was very helpful in relocating us to a quiet room!

Super comfortable, big bed, spacious room, chair or sofa for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff ... I was able to WhatsApp Linh with questions or to make arrangements. Ideal location for us as my son lives just around the corner, and the local streets are full of places to drink coffee and to eat a range of food. Felt very much at home here.

Actually all this is a very beautiful apartment hotel had the honor to see the other room besides my own and it looks exactly like in the pictures. Linh who is the owner is a very beautiful soul that shines in her exterior She is passionate about her job which she puts a lot of love into and will do her best to help with anything you ask and need help with So it is a very nice area where you are close to everything. If you are vegan/vegetarian or just like good food, there is an incredibly good restaurant around the corner called Shala Vegan House. And in front of the hotel is a cafe called Cafeholic Coffee, an incredibly cozy place. Like I said you can't get better if you are going to Da nage this is the perfect place to stay trust me.

The few things I disliked were all things that are out of the homestay's control, but I'll mention them here for others' information. The area is quiet at night, but there was a dog owned by someone in the alley next to the homestay that barked at the best times of the day and night (5.30-7am and 11pm to after midnight). I needed earplugs to deal with the dog, as well as the bustle of neighbours getting ready in the morning. Some days were quieter than others. There was also a mechanical noise coming through one wall near the kitchen, I think it might have been an air conditioning fan for a different room? Easy enough to tune out as white noise. Again, the neighbour noise isn't the hotel's fault, the room itself was very quiet! For light sleepers, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I adored my stay here. The bed was so comfortable, I really need to know how to make a bed so soft yet supportive! I had to make myself leave it each day. I also really appreciated the lighting, there were options for bright and low lighting, and they were controlled at switches by the bed. Really convenient. The studio was quite large and even had a small sofa in it. I requested a quiet room and got one at the back of the property, facing a neighbouring building, so no view, but definitely quiet at night. This was the quietest stay so far in my 3 months of travel, barring a few things that the hotel couldn't control. The room was cleaned every day. The area is nice and a relatively quiet part of town. Lots of cafes and street food places nearby. The river is at the end of the street. Linh was lovely to communicate with, always ready with knowledge of the area and help to arrange day trips. Thank you again!!

I did change rooms one time from the bottom level. I get asthma and it was a little musty. So I opted for the higher priced room.

Two visits so far. Great location for a night before flying out or a few days. Fantastic cheap, vegan restaurant in the ally next door. Bed was pretty good. Service was great. I'd defiantly stay again.

Location, interior, staff - everything was awesome! Photos attached to the profile are real. You can drop a luggage earlier if you need before check in, the same after check out. Also the personal helped us to buy tickets to Ba Na Hills. It was super easy and smooth. Linh is very friendly and swiftly was answering our questions. Many thanks for this! P.S. The room was so lovely - we loved the painted mural behind the bed. The plate of fresh fruits to welcome us was also a really nice touch. Good location, and we were allowed to check in early which was great!

We stayed in G/F room which has no view, but it is fine for us.

Highly recommend. The room is well-furnished, well-equipped and cleaned everyday. An open kitchen, a sofa and a table satisfy our needs (making some drinks, home office, etc.) during the short stay. Located in a quiet and charming area with a good cafe just across the street and a few more in walking distance. The host helped to arrange our taxi to Hoi An swiftly.

I wasn't there for long enough!

The rooms were exceptional and the staff were just amazing. I asked what the fruit was at reception and shortly after had some dragon fruit delivered to my room as a kind gift. Recommendations were given and the communication was wonderful. Just fantastic!
