This is a dream village. We spent there our 5 last days of our 3-week tour through whole Vietnam. We simply loved every bit. The food, the breathtaking beach, the incredibly attentive and professional staff. Ms Tieu Phan, Ms Hong Bich from the reception and the staff in the restaurant were always so professional, helpful and kind. If you go to Mui Ne, you have to go there. Don't miss it. The booking with my credit cards got lots of complication with the booking staff that require cash transfering but it's just small matter, not big deal.

I really love the gardens and ambiance of the resort. It shows the high quality of caring. The room is value for money with good room services. All the staff are nice, they are very helpful in supporting organize my son's birthday. My whole family really love the experience at the resort, especially grandparents & all the kids.

Liveband of dinner buffet was awsome and very joyful. Foods was delicious but there was not so many choice of foods at dinner buffet and no Soju(korean drink).

Amazing beautiful peaceful resort with a botanical gardens and waterfalls all around, clean rooms & lovely polite staff. The breakfast was delicious at the beach with various food. There is also a very good & professional kite surf school next door. Thank you for your kind support!

- breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming. although both western and vietnamese options were provided, not many of them looked particularly appealing. - any additional activities or amenities like spa, yoga, laundry were insanely expensive. - large bed but it was 2 mattresses pushed together with no attempt to conceal the gap. the pillows were pretty uncomfy too

- we were in love with the beautiful property. it was so calming and relaxing to be surrounded by all the lush greenery. - 2 pools means that there's always an opportunity to find empty sunbeds - very kind and helpful staff - we really enjoyed the cooking class offered for an additional fee by the hotel - the hotel is well located and has many restaurants and cafes nearby - clean private beach (didn't seem to be common with many hotels in the area)

Everything was perfect!! We stayed at bungalow and loved it so much! It was so comfortable, calm and we loved that it's further from the sea, it was like jungle vibes😄 bungalow was so clean, beautiful design, amazing bathroom. breakfast was so tasty, many choices for everyone. Hotel has two pools - one with children and other without. Highly recommend this place! It feels really luxurious and would give 5 stars for this hotel!

Mosquitoes in the room.

Very good service. Our limousine bus back to HCM didn't pick us up, but the reception was very nice in assisting us in calling the company & booking us a sleeper bus back to HCM!

Bed was slightly too hard for me. Spa quite expensive, we did not make use of it.

Lovely resort with beautiful garden and pool areas, and direct access to the beach. The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants or you can opt to eat it. Our large deluxe double room was well equipped (two bottles of water, tea, coffee). It had a very spacious bathroom and deck chairs on the terrace. We enjoyed a relaxing stay there. The swimming pool areas are nice, towels are provided and can be exchanged easily. Personnel is friendly, well organized and offers professional service. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was excellent with ample choice of breads, fruits, sweet and salty items (hot buffet and freshly made eggs or pho on the go). Grateful for the mosquito net in the room.

Everything, the resort is immaculate, beautiful setting. Pools are great. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff are amazing. They are so willing to make your stay memorable. The restaurant is great, good variety of very good quality reasonably priced meals. The buffet breakfast was also a triumph. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommended this resort to any travellers.

They nickel and dime you. We had a 4pm transfer and we could not use any facilities ( shower, beach,etc) without paying. We ended up paying for a day rate instead. They also have this thing about towels and how many you get and if you behave them in the room when you check out. Super odd and truth be told irradiating.

Shower in the bath with fluctuating temperature and shower head not great. Price of laundry was very high, so went across the road for same day service at a faction of the price. Found the massage prices high as well.

A really relaxing and lovely setting. The breakfast at the restaurant is right at the beach - fantastic food choice and setting. It’s busy with people but always seemed quiet, especially at night and just what we wanted at the end of our 3 weeks in Vietnam. We spent 3 nights which was perfect. The loungers on our balcony, at the pool and on the beach were very comfy. The room was fairly basic and shower was in the bath but the toiletries were really nice and aircon good. Beach towels are provided and can be swapped. The upkeep of the gardens and resort is very good. Direct access to the beach is a plus. The main entrance is on the road with lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, coffee and laundry available opposite the entrance and on the street especially if you turn right out of the hotel. We only ate breakfast at the hotel. We arranged our transfer back to the airport with the travel company across the road. It’s a long way and you have to back into HCMC but it worked well. Lovely team at reception who kindly let us keep our room for one extra hour before checking out. It meant we still had time to go to the beach and have a shower
