Great locaton, just 5 mins to central of Sapa. The room was too large, good facilities, friendly and supported staff. The room is clean, and breakfast is okay. Highly recommended

I wasn’t a fan of how the shower is completely open without partitions. Water splashes everywhere, making the sink and toilet floors wet and slippery at times.

I liked the location—it’s very convenient and close to everything!

The building is weirdly and oddly designed. There’s no elevator from reception to get up, though there is from the restaurant at a different entrance. The bathroom was annoying as the shower was not above the bath, nor was there a drain grate underneath the shower - no way to avoid a flood

Breakfast was poor. They slowly refill things. There was not enough coffee, hot water, bread, cheese , or croissants. But either way the breakfast selection and variety was poor too. However, The guy who made the omelette was professional. We skipped the breakfast the 2nd morning as we didn’t like it. I shower was good but the water goes everywhere as the shower has no curtains or shower screen.

Our stay at this hotel in Sapa was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was well-organized and tidy. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to the center, markets, and restaurants, including halal restaurants, which was very convenient for us. I would like to thank the receptionist for her great support. She helped us arrange a taxi to visit tourist spots and also booked the sleeper bus for us. She was always smiling and very helpful. Also, special thanks to the restaurant staff for her kind and friendly service during breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa — especially families or those looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Thank you to all the hotel staff

The bathroom was a bit tricky with no shower screen so water ended up everywhere.

The location was sensational. Quiet little street within 2 minutes of the town centre. Stunning views from our large spacious room that was overlooking the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Value for money look no further than this hotel you won’t be disappointed.

Wish we had heater in the room. It was too cold when we stayed in SaPa and some heating would’ve made it more comfortable.

The hotel is accessible within 5min walk from Sapa Station. The staff are approachable, friendly and very helpful. We commend Kevin, front dest manager for his excellent service to accommodate our requests and questions as first in Sapa. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Was a well decorated hotel with art throughout and stone/marble. The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. They included everything you needed like toiletries and robes. The staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely go to the breakfast buffet as everything was delicious and fresh! The location was good as well with a quick walk to many restaurants and town center/plaza.

The staff were friendly and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was ideal, offering convenient access to a variety of excellent restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated with brocade weaving paintings that added an elegant touch.

I love them very helpful I came around 7 am and they gave me early check in free of charge.nice breakfast good location very cosy and the hotel was decorated for Christmas and having Christmas songs at the reception which was lovely . They suggest we’re to go because the weather was foggy so I would waste my time which was very helpful

The location is near to every attractions. Hotel staff are very helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. The family room we stayed in is very spacious.

The shower is not contained, so the whole bathroom gets soaked. No highchair in the restaurant, not a huge deal but would make breakfast easier. No safety boxes in the room.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I especially loved the balconies. Staff were super accommodating. Their front desk officer, Duc, was patient to answer all my questions from booking until we were checked in. All staff were quick to assist us also and very friendly. Location was convenient, a few minutes’ walk to the Sunworld Station

New hotel. Big rooms with ample spaces for luggages. Even the bathroom is big with complete amenities provided. Its in the quieter side of Sapa Center, with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are very nice.

The bathroom could use a better water drainige solution from shower, a lot of water remaining on the bathroom floor after shower.

Brand new and spacious hotel right in the center of Sapa town, close to the church square. The room was amazing, very large and nice in a colonial style. All staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
