Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

VietnamI very love this place, our staff friendly, quit and close to the nature. I have an unexpected trip to Hoi An cause my husband wanna visit his family nearly. I book 1 night at Azumi, I surprise with Azumi nice and ancient style but the the most amazing with me is the rice field next to the hotel. I'll return again on vacation next year.

NetherlandsBest hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Vietnam! Very spacious rooms, very comfortable big bed and good shower. Nice balcony with view on the pool. Bicycles available for free. Great location, quiet and on the edge of the rice fields, but still within walking distance of the centre. They clean the room and change the towels every day.

IsraelA large and luxurious room. Good location but you have to take into account that you need to rent a motorcycle to get around the city. Very pleasant and nice staff. Highly recommended!!

DenmarkThere something on the bathroom floor that could be rust and then there was this irritating thing that the floor had some small gaps in it which was strange because most of the floor looked beautiful
A pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Only some of them speak English but they try to help you when you ask for something.

AustraliaWe loved the location, the staff and the pool. The property was close enough to town but allowed for exploration of the local side alleys to get a taste of the local life. We would definitely stay again.

CanadaThis place was not up to our standards. It seems like it was hardly ever cleaned between stays. Our place was covered with dust, our bed sheets and towels were stained with mystery stains and the bed was extremely uncomfortable… We also had a lamp in our room that wouldn’t turn off…despite efforts of asked staff…nobody could resolve it. Leaving us with a troubled sleep. We also had a TV that was broken… Staff could have had a better attitude aswell Wouldn’t recommend this place as there are so many other beautiful hotels to see in Hoi An
only clean thing is the pool

AustraliaOur room wasn't serviced everyday which is the only room out of 6 different hotels that we stayed in Vietnam that wasn't (it was serviced once in our 4 night stay) The breakfast was nice but you had to order what you wanted the night before which was unusual. The 3 bikes that were free to borrow were either unavailable or when we rode them the tyre on one kept going down as they don't look well kept. There is a very limited bar as I think this hotel is only just coming back after Covid. The TV had no English channels on it either.
Beautiful pool and view of the rice fields. Large room with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. 12 min walk or 3 minute ride in taxi to main town

CanadaWe stayed here 3 years ago before Covid and had such a different experience then, it was wonderful, matched the pictures on booking.com exactly, lots of staff available, drink and snack service as well . I realize that Covid has made things difficult for the hospitality industry, but we were so disappointed in the facilities, especially with what we were paying per night. There are no lounge cushions anymore on any of the chairs, and being that the chairs are all broken, makes it extremely uncomfortable to be able to sit on them and enjoy the pool. The chairs at the outdoor dining area also no longer have any cushions....making it impossible to sit as they are hard metal with large gaps...not meant to sit without a cushion. We had no maid service....found out after the second day we needed to ask if we needed it. There was no food or bar service available other than the breakfast in the morning. The whole place had an abandoned feeling to it. This has never happened to me before with booking.com, thankfully after talking to the owner and sharing our feelings he let us check out after three nights and we found much more comfortable accomodations down the road at way less money. I can't help but feel like we were taken advantage off. It is such a shame as this was once a place I would have gladly spent my money on to stay at.
The beds are extremely comfortable, the room is clean and very spacious. The hotel is set back from the main road with a view of the rice fields giving it lots of privacy. There is a lot of sun at the pool.
