The room size is comfortable for couples, and the property offers a rooftop swimming pool and bar at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding on the best times to visit tourist spots, including their closing hours and peak periods. Breakfast was decent, though not as impressive compared to similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Enjoyed the free airport shuttle.

A suggestion: Regular background music (like instrumental relaxation music) in breakfast room would keep the noise level down. There was music playing on a Saturday morning and the atmosphere was very relaxed during breakfast.

The fact that they ran out of certain ingredients for cocktails, but they did not stock up on it so one only had a few options of cocktails to choose & they took extremely long during happy hour to make the cocktails so you end up ordering only 1 or 2 cocktails during happy hour.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Providing shuttle service to and from the airport came in handy. The pool was not accessible via elevator (pool on 8, elevator only goes to 7) so not disability friendly. Breakfast was good, but not great. Would like made to order pancakes or waffles.

I had a great stay at AVS Phu Quoc Hotel. The hotel is very good, with spacious and clean rooms that offer great comfort. One of the highlights was the super kind and attentive staff, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is a great bonus for relaxing. The beach is just a short 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient for those looking to enjoy the sea. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you’ll have no trouble finding great places to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! 3 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to main Street with a lot of restaurants. It's also quiet at night and safe walking on your own. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast with many options, so I can skip lunch or dinner sometime Friendly staff!

The staff while they try their best, they don’t speak really good english so some detailed questions are a bit hard for them. The breakfast has a huge variety of foods but it lacks a bit more international options. Most of the options are what i would say more for lunch (like grilled chicken, pasta bolognese etc) and also one day i had quite big food poisoning after the breakfast, i dont know what specifically caused it though.

The hotel is really nice, it has a great sky bar and pool with awesome views of the beach and great for watching the sunset. The rooms are also great, comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and tries their best.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The large, comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep, and the room featured both a bathtub and a shower, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The rooftop pool and bar were a fantastic addition, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. We also tried the massage service at the hotel, and it was excellent—professional and very relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations.
