For me with 2 knee replacements I didn’t like the step up into the bath for a shower

The furniture is very heavy and, consequently, it can be noisy if other guests just drag the chairs etc.

Have stayed here many times. Great central location with fabulous sea views from appropriate rooms and from the swimming pool on the top floor. Very close to the beach and excellent restaurants and bars. Staff are very helpful, the bed/pillows very comfortable and and AC very efficient.

The food diversity at the breakfast buffet. All the meals were with pork, which we don’t really like.

The location. Hotel is located near the all needed facilities, as 24/7 market, restaurants and the most important beach!

Although the room was ready, we couldn’t check-in in the morning (early check-in price was almost the cost of one night) then we had to wait until 1 pm which was a bit annoying Breakfast was just asian options, warm dishes with a lot of meat … for me it’s more like a lunch or dinner buffet! Some european options, like bread with butter and jam or cereal would be nice! sidefact: The snorkeling tour (with mud bath and lunch) which you can book in the hotel (don’t know the company) is honestly a joke! They’ll bring you to a crowded beach, there’s more trash than fish in the water and no coral reefs as advertised …

We had a double room with balcony and big window - nice view to the beach! Room was spacious and clean! Pool on the roof is also nice, but quite small for such a big hotel (just a few deckchairs)

Somehow the urgency that was needed to fix the AC issue was not up to the mark. After spending over an hour in a super hot room with my family, I had to go down, had to convince the front desk to act and then finally got a room change. The breakfast should have more continental vegetarian options available. Becomes difficult for Vegetarians like us

The staff helped me get another room when the primary room's AC wasn't working. Also helped us keep the luggage on the last day, while we could roam around the city.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Charged us 300k to check in a couple hours early.

Decent place. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, but not bad for the price. Bed was comfortable and the rooftop pool was nice. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants.

Nice hotel for affordable price. We stayed only one night to don’t take super long over night buses. It was perfect. Quite a few restaurants around, not far from beach. It’s located on quiet street.

The water pressure wasn’t the greatest

Room was spacious enough for two of us. Room and bathroom were very clean. Loved the switches to turn on the do not disturb and room service light outside the room. View from the roof was nice and the pool was clean. Staff were helpful and kind.

The breakfast was so bad we had it only on the first night and didn’t go for a rest of our stay. Also if you take shower the water is all over the floor.

The room is clean and nicely furnished, however not greatly practical for a taller person. The shower is too low for me so I had to crouch down to get my head under the water. I had a similar issue with the desk, I couldn't get comfortable while using it because it's pushed tightly against the wall and I don't fit underneath it. In my room, there weren't any good facilities for drying towels and swimsuits, so my things took ages to dry or were damp when I needed to use them again. I'm sure if I had a room with a balcony this would have solved my problem :)

The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is ideal and a short walk from the beach and plenty of places to eat close by. The housekeeping staff are attentive and efficient. AC was lovely and cool. Apart from what I mentioned below., the bathroom space is really nicely designed and huge!

The breakfast could have more options and the sauna is not working during our stay.

The location is nice, many restaurants, mini marts and spas around and a tour agency too. A short walk from the beach.
