A cozy hotel 5 minutes from the beach. The hostess is wonderful, always ready to help you or suggest something. Very friendly and open and speaks excellent English. You will feel at home. You can order delicious breakfasts. The room is comfortable and spacious, a good bathroom with high-quality plumbing and hot water. There are large beach towels. It is possible to refill drinking water. Good wi-fi. Bars and restaurants are 3 minutes away, and you have the advantage that they are not noisy nearby.

It’s a wonderful, cozy, warm and quiet place. We loved the green garden, the spacious room and most of all our host and their lovely family. We felt really welcome. If you are looking for a quiet, personal, relaxed place, more local and with everything you need, clean spacious rooms with ac and a very good beds, you should definitely book here.

Nhung and her lovely family were incredible hosts. The house and rooms were stunning and were incredible value for money, designed to perfection by the hosts. Nhung was incredibly welcoming and always helped us with anything we needed, including a really fast laundry service. She had the contacts for a variety of activities, rentals and tours too, so she was equipped to help with everything. I would 100% stay here again. Was super close to the beach, tucked 20m down a quiet alleway just off the main street, so it was very close to all the great restaurants and mini-marts. Was also only a cheap and quick grab/trip to the ancient town - pretty much just down one road.

It is also walking distance close to the beach n eateries although the homestay is not located in the main street but small alley. Peaceful n clean environment.

Absolutely loved this place — excellent and warm hosting, clean, the room was very nice, very helpful and an absolute bargain for the price. A few minutes to the beach and a short taxi or motorbike ride into Hoi An so you can have the best of both worlds!

Lovely home stay near the beach, Nhung's home is tucked in a calm alley away from the main street, but still 3 min away from the beach. It's full of plants and very nicely designed, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are so kind and their home is amazing, we'd love to come back.

Nhung & her family were lovely people and always so friendly. Nhung spoke wonderful English and we chatted for ages about so many things. She was always so helpful and offered advice into many things local. She provided me with lovely breakfasts each morning, always a wonderful plate of fruit too. The place was impeccably clean, the bed was amazing and so comfortable. I would certainly stay here again if I return 😊

You’ll have to walk a little to get to the beach but honestly, it didn’t bother us. Nothing much to complain about. Maybe including the breakfast would make it even better.

Nhung is an amazing, caring host! During our time at her homestay, we truly felt at home, and she was always happily talking to us, telling stories and passing on valuable information for our stay. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the view into the nice garden. The balcony was especially useful for drying clothes, but we also occasionally enjoyed sitting there to read. The breakfast was always made freshly, and it was very tasty with various choices on the menu. The location close to the beach is also really nice. It's just a short walk to the beach - and the accommodation also offers beach towels. Furthermore, they offer drinking water in the homestay - just perfect for a beach holiday.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Vietnam. The property is very beautiful, especially with all the plants. The room we had was so relaxing to be in. Comfy bed, good shower and nicely decorated. Nhung and her family are wonderful hosts. We loved chatting with them and they made us feel so welcome in their home. So sad to be leaving. The location is great too. Down a small alley so no noise from any roads at night but still less than five minutes walk to the beach. Perfect.

The soundproofing from the outer world is as everywhere else in Vietnam: almost no soundproofing :D As I metioned, it was a quiet street, so no real problems here, but nature was loud and it usually woke us up early in the morning (birds and geckos). We did not hear any noise from inside the house though. Also, the host provided as with earplugs.

Really good place, we had a wonderful time there. It was a pleasure to meet the owners - very friendly and nice people. The room fully corresponds to the description. It's comfortable, very easy to feel at home. Homestay is located close to the beach and cafes, but in a quiet street. So, the noise from the main street does not reach the room. It was clean and comfortable. Good shower (without barriers though, so everything is wet after taking a shower, but it's like that in the most hotels in An Bang), no problems with hot water.
