This was by far the best homestay we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff is so friendly, speaks fluently English and helps with every request. The room was clean, spacious and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Great location as well and another highlight are the free bikes to explore Hoi An. We highly recommend it!

Nothing. I wish I could stay longer.

It's nice, cheap, and very clean. It takes only 5 mins to cycle to the old town and the route is very enjoyable. The host is helpful, kind and gentle. He let us check-in early without charging (of course it's because the room was available), I'm super grateful for that. Also, the bicycles there are totally free and the motorbike rental fee is so cheap (I've never rented a motorbike anywhere that cheap, tbh).

Nothing. Everything was perfect for me

The staff were amazing. So friendly, happy and helpful. It really makes a big difference to your stay. Everything I needed, they helped with including free bicycle use. They also arranged day trips for me and gave me information on places to visit and eat. Also the bed was very comfortable I would definitely come back here again. Also Hoi An in general is an amazing place to visit.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact that the staff enters the room when you're out without saying anything. We didn't feel very comfortable about it.

We loved the location, the room was very spacious and clean, we got many recommendations on things to see around Hoi An. There are bicycles for free, which is nice, although they could use some maintenence.

As usual per the Vietnamese way, the family were super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate requests. Their free bicycles is a great way to explore all the rice fields. Close to a great cafe Rosies where I worked often. Loved it here.

There was one guest on my floor who slammed his/her door when entering/leaving. This is, unfortunately, very common and is beyond the hotel’s control (the door slamming did not occur during late night hours, so was not a significant issue).

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly/gracious family/staff. My balcony faced the outer wall of the building next door, but I requested a quiet room and I was not disappointed. There are several restaurants & coffee shops nearby and if you’re interested in visiting a gym while in Hoi An, there are a couple of good options within 200-300m or so. I would not hesitate to book again.

The location was really good, 5 min by bicycle from the old town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, easy walk, bike or grab ride into old town. Staff was a lovely couple. I arrived late and they helped me up 3 flight of stairs with my heavy luggage. And also brought me ginger tea because I was under the weather.

The homestay is at 15min walk from the old town. We were supposed to stay 2 nights in Hoï An but we enjoyed this place so much so we stayed 3 more nights. The owners were really nice You can rent bicycles for free, very convenient to go to the beach.
