Family of five, so having our own bedrooms with bathrooms and fridges made it a perfect week. The pool under cover was fantastic for cooling off and relaxing after full days of getting around. The family next door take care of keeping everything clean and organised without interrupting the privacy this property offers. We all want to come back. Soon.

We stayed here for 3 weeks as a family of 5. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners live next door and are around to help with anything, Selena the daughter speaks English and accommodated our every need. She booked days out instantly and followed up to make sure all went as planned. She couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The location was perfect, living amongst locals- we were able to experience true Vietnamese culture, but just a stones throw away from the beach and busy street lined with restaurants and cafes. We used the bikes every day to ride to breakfast. And when they heard it was our son's birthday, they very kindly delivered cakes and a present to him in the morning. I highly recommend this homestay and would stay there again.

This was a comfy stay at a good price, a little out of the main tourist area (like a 2 minute walk away). It felt like living in a genuine, local neighbourhood, market included, which was great. The hosts could not have been nicer. We couldn’t extend our stay as some renovations were due to happen - but we would have loved to stay longer

The bed was a little firmer that we liked, but that's the only thing we would have changed. Everything else is great.

The people that run it are so nice and also answered WhatsApp messages very quickly if I needed to ask anything. The room was big and we had a small balcony. It's round the corner from the market and a few minutes walk to the beach. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Busy road out front, but there was a grassy park that acted as an insulator. Owner speaks little English, use Google translator.

Spacious, had the balcony backing the street, clean, water only 10,000 vnd for 1.5 L, nice breakfast included choice between banana pancake or fried eggs what the baggett. Would stay again. Free bike use to ride to the beach or around the area

Use of the free bikes to explore rice fields etc. Location and surrounds Wandering through and around An Bang beach discovering restaurants . Communication with the host The host organised a private home cooking class in their kitchen. Our chef was amazing, the food was incredible and we shared the traditional Vietnamese meals with the family. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and well kept.

Ideal Homestay to get out of the crowds. The son speaks English, the parents do not, but they are sweethearts. Always willing to help and smiling. The beach is at 10 min walk and 3 in the motorcycle. If you rent one they'll let you park it inside the homestay. It's possible to wake up every morning and swim in the ocean (I did). You can order your breakfast (made to order), go to the beach, swim and when you come back, it's waiting for you in the room, where you can enjoy it in the spacious AC Room. I was able to leave my heavy luggage with them for 3 days, at no charge, I recommend tipping though, this is a true Homestay (they live next door), they are building it up based on our visits. Quiet and a breath of fresh air (ironically in a superhot & humid weather) compared to downtown Hoi An. 15min motorcycle ride through an amazing landscape (see photos). You can find better? probably (closer to the beach... i saw a couple of places, but it's hard to beat the value.

Very nice and clean Homestay. The shower is great, the room big enough. You can communicate with the daughter and she passes messages on to her father. Works very well. There are bicycles for free use to cycle to Hoi An. Its some minutes from the Ocean but you pay very small money!
