We had a lovely stay at the homestay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The pool was small, but ideal for cooling off. The owner (Tram) was really friendly and helpful. We paid for the breakfast which was really plentiful. The homestay is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short grab ride to Hoi An old town.

Everything was great!

This lovely homestay was perfect for us- in a quiet area but still so close to the beach and local restaurants/cafes. The room Is very comfortable and Ms Tram and her family are so warm and welcoming! She helped us with local recommendations and booking transfers. The breakfast is amazing- great value for money! And they have bicycles you can ride to the rice fields which is stunning! Recommend this place to everyone!

Able to choose a main course for breakfast, many options available. Property was very clean. 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner, Tram, able to assist in providing a private driver to pick me up and return me to Da Nang.

A fabulous Homestay in a quiet neighbourhood. Tram was very informative and advised us what excursions to book. Her home is within walking distance to the beach. Her breakfasts were filling and she kept her accommodation spick and span.

Very comfortable and clean, fresh towels and fresh and tasty home cooked breakfast every day. Lots of plants and a small pond with guppies :) Close to the beach and a short ride into Old Town. Our host, Tram, and her family are lovely and kind. Tram was super helpful organising tours and activities for us, and looked after us like family (even doing our laundry for us for a very reasonable fee)! A home away from home, and a great place to recharge after HCMC and Danang. Highly recommended!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! 💕

We liked everything... One of the rooms had a big balcony, the pool was nice and charming. The breakfast was perfect, homemade and delicious. Free bikes was a great bonus even it was only a short walk to the beach. But most important the host and her family was soooo kind and helpfull. We could not recommend this Homestay enough.

We had an amazing stay at An Bang Sea Adventure Homestay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Ms Tram was the perfect host and helped us with anything we needed and went out her way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The room had everything we needed and was really nicely done out with comfortable beds. The location was perfect; 5 minute walk to the beach/cafes/restaurants but in a quiet area so we were not disturbed at all at night. It's also 15/20 minute cycle to Hoi An and we were given free bikes to use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit this little haven again!

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights last week and had a great time. The location is excellent, very close to an Bang beach and Hoi an. The room was perfect and the breakfast was really excellent. The staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on what to see during our stay. They also helped us organise various activities and bike rentals. Highly recommend this place, one of the best stays I’ve had in Vietnam so far 👍🏻

I can highly recommend this homestay to anyone wanting to experience Hoi An by being closer to the beach yet only 10 minutes away from the city. For us, the best homestay in Hoi An (we stayed in 3 different ones in Hoi An because we felt in love with Hoi An) and probably one of the best accommondation we've had on our trip through Vietnam, Thailand and Laos so far! Tram is so incredibly warm and friendly. Every morning she prepared a really tasty and fresh breakfast for us, there was even freshly squeezed fruit juice. We could choose from different main meals for the next day the night before, so Tram bought the ingredients fresh from the market every morning. (We loved the banana pancake and the omelette is also highly recommended!) There was plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juice as well as coffee (and even a second cup) every day in addition to the filling main meal. Our room was very clean and we felt completely at ease. The location of the accommodation was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We also got towels for the beach free of charge and fresh ones every day. The beach is really beautiful. There are plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance. The old town of Hoi An is a little further away, but is also quite easy to reach by bike in about 20 minutes (bikes can be used free of charge) or you can easily order a cheap grab. We could also rent a motorbike at a fair rate and the homestay has also a good laundry service - so all in all we really felt at home and will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vietnam!

Was super close to the beach and the host was very friendly. She invited us to have dinner with her family to celebrate her daughters birthday one evening. Organised our taxi to the airport also, for a cheaper price than Grab.
