Very basic but good value for money

Breakfast was mainly Asian food,but ok. Carpets could have been vacuumed better.

The bathroom can do with a good humidifier to avoid damp. The shower needs to be cleaned with a better tile mold killing product. It looked like it was not cleaned even though it was cleaned. However, this could be due to the humidity in the bathroom. It could be only my room that experiences this.

I liked the decor and the facilities available to make tea and coffee. The location, the friendly staff and the modern look was great. Netflix and wifi was good. Definitely would stay here again.

Some noise of closing doors in the middle of the night.

We had a good spacious room with two bathrooms for our family of 4. The room was made up each day with bottled water. Our stay included breakfast with a reasonable variety of Vietnamese and western foods. The doormen were really friendly always greeting us on arrival and helpful in helping us with our children to cross the road and hailing taxis. The hotel was in a good location, with a couple of parks a few minutes walk away to escape the traffic for a bit, and also walking distance to a few museums (war remnants, reunification palace).

It should clearer about tax invoice. It is different between on the booking.com and on the requirement from Hotel. (Booking.com say total price include tax invoice 8%, but Hotel said it is not include tax invoice 8%).

Breakfast is enough. Location is convenient to go center as well as to airport.

Alot of very thoughtful small things were provided. Great quality toiletries. Plenty of towels. Alot of power sockets.

1) The room size was very small, it was not airy (only a small window). AC was not working properly. Nosy wardrobe doors, room clock was not working. 2) The breakfast were almost finished when we went at 9 AM (the breakfast timing was: 6 AM to 10 AM), but the staffs tried to manage quickly with some rice, noodles & fruits, but no slice breads were there. It was not managed in a proper way. 3) We extended our check out from 12 PM to 9 PM (9 hours) & for that we have to pay 400,000 VND (after little negotiation, which is the half day price), which was ok, but overall it was not a very professional experience. Every time we were reminded about the check out time etc. No extra water bottles were provided for this. 4) We did not take room service for a day & after telling 2 times, 2 bottle of water was given. But no extra tea etc. given. So, basically these things were not taken up proactively. 5) English speaking ability is very less considering it is a reasonable big hotel in HCMC, the English communication ability should have been better.

Location was good, lots of other hotels were also there. Walking distance from Independence Palace and some good restaurants are in walkable distance. Just beside the hotel there are Nataraj Indian restaurant, Family Mart & Circle K stores.

The hot breakfast options weren't available on the day we stayed, besides some noodles that they offered to prepare for us. The main options were fruit and coffee, but there are plenty of street food options in the surrounding area. The rooms are quite dated and the bath didn't hold the water well, so it drained away even with the plug in.

Ideal for a short stay in HCMC. The location is great and is a short walking distance from plenty of cafes, restaurants, markets and tourist attractions. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious, and the staff were always friendly.

TV was old and wall clock did not work well. At one time, water heater was on hot mode. But overall, this hotel is still commendable!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with walkable distance to the top attractions. The stuff is nice and welcoming. Bed and shower are very spacious, the room has everything you need for a short stay.

The restaurant is located on the 11th floor where the only option to go there is through the elevator. The menu and the coffee could have been better.

The “hot” water was tepid warm at best. It was a good thing that I’d preferred a cold shower, what with the hot and humid weather of the city.

The hotel’s location is centralized enough to most major touristic sites of Ho Chi Minh City. a few are within a comfortable walking distance. There’s a relatively fast elevator available for guests staying in higher up floors. The room was a good size for a queen bed room, with an electric kettle and tea/coffee and two small water bottles. (The water bottles and coffee/tea and sugar won’t be replenished if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door. However, if the cleaning staff happened to catch you exiting/entering your room, they’ll be quick to ask you if you need anything.) The staff are friendly and willing to help, and the cleaning staff actually honors the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on the door. The breakfast is awesome, with both hot and cold items! And the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.
