Paid for breakfast for all the days, but breakfast is not served on Mondays and Tuesdays, so you will pay for something you will not receive. Be careful when booking days to ensure you don't pre pay for breakfast.

The price was high for the quality of the facilities. There was no breakfast (though it was included in the stay) for the first two days because the hotel restaurant was closed the first two days of my stay.

The location and staff were good. It's walking distance from the french quarter, some yummy restaurants, and the sea breeze is fantastic. The communal spaces were open and well maintained

Bad access roads and neighborhood. Too much noise pollution. Key card access was an issue and after a few attempts the security helped. Toilet will not flush properly. No extra electrical outlet in the room I stayed. Food service was worse

The rooms were clean but outdated. Rooms most definitely need a refresh. The furnishings give 90s. and for the space of the room seemed insufficient or lacking.

The location is great, within walking distance to stores, bars, and restaurants. Checking in was easy, and the staff was friendly. The lobby seemed to have been recently renovated and looked great.

I give this a 3 star bec they have no microwaves to reheat your food up. The ice machine was out on the 2nd floor, they only had two ice machines and only 1 drink vending machine on the 2nd floor. There was no vending machine for snacks and the pool closed at 7pm. They could’ve closed it at 9pm bec once you go out and explore the island and travel time the pool is closed once you get back. Oh yeah and you could only put quarters in the drink machine and the front desk didn’t want to give me any quarters as well. 1 of the maintenance guys tried to come in my room when my door was open a smidge and I had my do not disturb sign on my door. Thank God we was in there bec if not he would’ve came in there

Check in is ALWAYS 3 hours late and rooms not ready. Some of the Desk staff rude, not all. The bar staff had to go over their heads and helped get our rooms.

Location is good, most of the staff, are great. Security and bar staff really helped out.

Harbor view rooms come with traffic noise, vehicle and sea plane!. Night time hours aren't bad. But, if you're a lite sleeper, this could be an issue.

Location next to the harbor and downtown Charlotte Amalie can't be beat. Easy walk to Frenchtown, a mile to Crown bay harbor/ water taxi to Water Island, and less than a half mile to restaurants, bars, shops and historic area.

There was no phone in the room. There was no direct number to the front desk. The rain came in through the closed porch door and flooded the room.

We got the reservations we asked for easily. The desk clerk tried to accommodate us considering the storm.

There was significant construction underway ... much needed renovations... this would have been a grand hotel in its day, but is currently in need of more renovations... hope to see it restored one day to its former glory.
